Part of the Einstein medical group...... anything dealing with Einstein is a bad move. Slow unconcerned doctors maybe even racist. I had to switch doctors because the first one just didn't really want to help me. I called left messages no reply back... I even managed to get through and I was told my information would passed on to the doctor and she would call me back...still no call back even after explaining the pain I was in and that i was having trouble walking no response at all so I had to try another doctor. The second doctor started off better but the same results...I had to track her down to see what's going on with me after waiting for her call that never happened. She told me she tried to call but that was a lie.

If you have to make an appointment, don't even bother calling. They take over an hour to answer the phone every time. It's honestly terrible how long it takes just to talk to someone. Some of the doctor's are great, but don't waste your time.

The clinical staff at this practice is amazing and helpful, but the front desk and appointments staff are absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with at any doctor's office. They have mistranscribed my personal information multiple times, leading to my information being lost or inaccessible. Despite having my phone number and reading it back to me at every visit, they never seem to be able to call me for my appointments. When they claimed I had been signed up for the Einstein portal, this also turned out to be inaccurate, and I could not get my records of lab results. Doctors and nurses are great, but the regular people are the worst.

Sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen many of the doctors; I have no complaints. Dr. Litman was my first PCP here - Dr. Ibrahem took over when he left. Unfortunately for me, she left after completing her residency so I was unsure if I wanted to continue coming back to establish relationships with doctors just for them to keep leaving. But I’m glad I decided to stay because Dr. Quader is phenomenal and I highly recommend seeing her. She listens, she cares, and she will do whatever she possibly can to help. Also, Stephanie is incredible at getting prior authorizations handled and making sure patients have access to the medications they need. I’ll take the long wait time on the phone any day of the week before I venture elsewhere. They’re busy because they’re good at what they do.

Every time I make an appointment it’s for the WRONG SERVICES!! I have to come in and wait until my appointment time just to be told they can’t see me because whoever scheduled my appointment didn’t schedule it properly so I have to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT miss work AGAIN just to get seen for what I need!!! SO NOT COME HERE!! i’m switching my doctors office y’all should be embarrassed terrible doctors office!!

Dr. Karin is THEE best pcp in family care. She’s definitely a huge benefit to this office. Looking forward to seeing more improvements.

Quick service, staff is friendly and efficient, Dr. Stein is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind. She cares about her patients.

O STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!! DONT GO HERE. YOU CANT EVEN GET ANYNODY ON THE PHONE. I WAITED FOR AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE ONCE SOMEONE ANSWERED THEY HUNG UP!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many doctors. Some speak Spanish. And Secretaries. Very clean. The Thyroid doctor left. But there are others. Header. Primary. I recommend it. Very kind.
