Isaak & Steve's has great pizza. The biggest problem we have is they deliver the wrong size or wrong pizza. I ordered a large and paid $21.50 but got a medium. Once I can let it slide but it's now the 3rd time. Of over paying . Last night I ordered a large pizza I had a short time for lunch and once again they brought a medium. I didnt notice the box size because I was in a hurry. My husband opened the box and realized it was small. But we had no time to call Isaak & Steve to replace the pizza so we finished lunch and back to work. I called them the next day and .. the manager wouldn't do anything. You would think she would have recognized by my address because the other 3 times I ordered was from her. But she said I waited too long. I said I would tell my story and give a bad review but she didnt care. The customer service is horrible. Plus $21.50 for a large is expensive and to get medium is crazy. Isaak & Steve, you've lose a good customer!!

If you want money we'll spent and have class don't order here. The appearance of the building is not maintained and I gets worse. People are rude. Inside is dirty. Saw a mouse scurry across the floor. Owner told me i did not see it. There is no accountability for bad treatment to customers. Owners are rude and defensive. The place is a backdoor dump. I would not be surprised if they spit in your food. Please. Find another pizzeria.

I ordered a pizza the other day and asked for half plain and pep. The lady there got my order wrong. Get someone to take her spot or get a better phone. Please recite small orders to make sure you heard it right. It's sad the price of the pizza I normally order raised but it's only by 2 dollars.

Pizza is always great here. Hard to get in and out of, but folks are kind and efficient.

Original review (2 stars): This used to be the best place except now the pizza has a weird musty smell, which is concerning because I’m feeding this to my 1 1/2 year old. For this reason I had to stop shopping there. I ignored the filthy glass outside and dirty walls and counters inside Isaaks and Steve’s but obviously that was a mistake being thought the pizza has a very dirty smell and sour taste. I’m disappointed but if they change all the things above and practice safe procedures for the food I’ll go back again. Update: they listened to the reviews and have cleaned the glass outside and the counters, also the pizza is back to normal! This is how you keep a business running for generations by listening to the customers. My family is back to shopping here :) thanks Isaaks and Steve’s

Isaak and Steve's is a nice little neighborhood food spot for fresh made pizza, cheesestakes and hot wings. I had a small pep pizza and buffalo wings. Food was delicious and prices are budget friendly. The service was excellent. Been going here for over 15 years now. They are local and employ locals with the same staff for years now. Not a fancy spot but Worth it!

Calzone Wow! Mine was Mozz cheese only, pepperoni, fried onions & peppers with sauce...10 in . OMG definitely worth the $ and the time to eat it. It was 2 meals for me. Large Fries is huge! Just ask for crispy fries though...added salt & pepper. Pizza was very good...but the Calzone was Supurp....better than Pizzobe

Best cheesteak strombolis in the area! Fast delivery. Always happy with the food. Last but not least the girl who answers the phone is EXTREMELY pleasant! Even while multitasking.......... Great experience.

Isaak and Steve's has the best cheesteaks in Norristown! Perhaps even the greater Philadelphia area!! Yes, I know that can be a fighting phrase when faced with other amazing places. I personally like that the peppers have some crunch, too, rather than coming from a can. Take the trip out if you can and are in the area. You won't regret it!

This was so gas. Isaak is lit, always ready to spice my pizza up. I haven’t seen Steve in a while, hope he is doing good. Their son makes great pizza but fails all his classes. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend

Great place, great food, great prices. I come here from Plymouth Meeting and my friend in Plymouth also does the same. We have good food in Plymouth but is expensive and the service seems a little too posh.

I don’t normally post many reviews however the combination of finding hair in my food and then when my lady let them know, they decided to catch an attitude. The woman on the phone said that it would be impossible to find hair since she’s the only one with hair and she doesn’t go near the food like it’s not possible for her hair to fall out while walking around. They then said they will send another one but never showed up. Meanwhile the hair color didn’t match mine or my lady’s hair color.

The owner and manager are always nice and the food is great.... I just know what too order
