Sometimes it feels bad when you pay like other people but you don't get respect and good service The short guy at the hotel reception needs training It doesn’t matter people are black or white !! Very Disappointed 😌😞😞

Bad cleaning standards, small buggs in our room. Reception staff rude and unprofessional, showing clearly that we were bothering him. Not a place I would ever recommend for anyone who is gluten intollerant. Very bad knowledge of rutines for keeping gluten free bread from the normal. Gluten free guests are forced to toast their bread in the same toaster as the normal guests. That in itself will cause problems. The breakfast staff i badly trained in food allergies and the procedures needed to ensure no cross contaminations. I have had good experiences in Best Western Hotels before with no issues at all but this specific hotel we will never ever visit again and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Too many wrongs that need serious attention.

it was ok, It seemed like an old building with new paint over everything instead of a renovation, the breakfast was ok but a in a small place. It has strange layout, to get to our room we had to take the elevator one floor, walked all the way down the hallway then take another elevator up one floor... Not a good view from the window, just backside of some strange buildings. The room was clean however there were several plates in the breakfast area that were extremely dirty. The location is central and easy to walk around the city center.

This hotel is definitely located in the perfect place, however if you have a stroller or are wheelchair bound then I would suggest staying elsewhere as access to the building is limited. The room was OK, but right above a busy bar and had no central air so we had to open the windows which meant we could hear all the street noise.

Very pleased with my stay here. Nice room and staff, but what really took the cake was the breakfast! Lots of options and all in good quality! Perfectly boiled eggs, squeeze your own orange juice and freshly made bread to name a few of them

Booked two rooms and they accidentally cancelled one of our bookings and the lady at reception was uninterested in resolving it. When asked to speak to a manager was told he wasn't there. Had to make her get the manager on the phone to resolve their mistake. While she just stood there tutting and mumbling under her breath. Terrible employee. Finally got into one of our rooms and the tv was all cracked. Other than that room was nice and breakfast was ok. Location is good.

When you enter the hotel you get the feeling that this is a nice hotel. When you've gotten your keycard and enter the room it's like you've took a wrong turn and went to a different hotel. The rooms are more like a country/old time hotel rather than a 4star modern establishment. Our first room was dirty, the walls was covered in, what looked like Coca-Cola spray. The floor was sticky, the kind of sticky if you spill a sugary drink and don't wipe it off sticky. The staff was very nice and helpful and arranged a switch to another room for us. The hotel has much potential to be the best in norrköping. The location is great! Shopping and restaurants is just around the corner.

First thing you'll notice is how cozy this place is, the rooms are simple and nicely decorated, and offer an iron inside the closet, a TV with a couple of channels, and a really comfortable bed, and it's connected to a gym which you can access for just 15 krons... other than being a little more on the expensive side it may be for some people, it's a very recommended place.

This is a nicely renovated hotel with a very central location. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The reason why I decided to write this review is their breakfast, specifically the vegan options. My expectations were kinda low based on previous reviews. Yes, the breakfast area is small but it has everything a vegan would like and MORE! We loved squeezing our fresh orange juice and making vegan waffles with vegan whipped cream. There’s vegan butter, barista milk, yoghurt, yummy spread, peanut butter in addition to the freshly baked local breads, yummy desserts and some not so ordinary fruits like pineapple with passion fruit. And all of these in addition to the usual jams, cereals, seeds, nuts, veggies, etc. Absolutely loved every aspect of our vegan breakfast experience! The reason for 4 stars is that the sauna, though beautifully designed, was cold when we came so make sure you ask for them to turn it on well in advance.

The standard room was dated and a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom. Could use a larger mirror and more light. But overall okay considering the price and location. The included breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of choices and open until 10.30. Dog friendly but does charge a fee of 200 sek unfortunately.

Superservice the staff was great and held the restaurant open after hours so we could get food because of late arrivals. And also the breakfast served us after closing. Nothing but gold stars for this hotel.

Fantastic and friendly service, comfortable well curates rooms and cosy environment throughout this smallish hotel. Very pleased with my visit here and most definitely recommended.
