My kids love the pasta !!! Either the old school spaghetti and meatballs balls or if they are feeling adventurous one of the specials…kids love the appetizer sampler and the rolls with oil…

It’s probably best to go in person to pick up an order. The last two times I have ordered delivery there have been missing items. Recently it was a 2 liter bottle of sprite. I called and asked if they could just reimburse me. I was told yes and they didn’t. I won’t order delivery from them again. If you order pick up, check your order too. Twice I had to go back and get missing drinks and sauces that should have come with the appetizers.

When we open the box, it was what we saw. My husband said when he picked up the pizza, it was cold. We were in hurry, and just got home. What happened to us. It is so DISGUSTING! no idea here Now it’s 10:00pm. This restaurant already closed at 9:30pm. I hope they check this review tomorrow morning. Zero stars!!!

My experience with this Bertucci’s location has been hit and miss (tonight was a clear miss). My two dinner guests said their meals were fine. However, my meal (spaghetti carbonara) had some cold spots and wasn’t overly hot. I was going to send it back for reheating, but our waiter was so sssslllloooowww that would have taken an hour to get it remade. Our waiter was non existent, we felt like we were keeping him from his side work. After we’re done, it was probably 20 to 25 minutes after we were done with our meals to get the check. He did not check on us throughout our meal. I could have used a refill, but the service was so slow it wasn’t that important… but it would have been nice to have the refill. Also, another issue was that our waiter asked for our order a second time. Gee! We have this stuff called pen and paper. You can write stuff and then you do not have to back and ask a second time. As for the atmosphere, the employees were yelling out and calling out, made discussion difficult. If I return to Bertucci’s, it will be another location (North Reading). But, this location just has too many issues.

Graham took my very complicated order over the phone and was very accommodating with my special requests. When the order arrived via UberEats it was PERFECT! My family was impressed and we all enjoyed a delicious meal. Thanks to Graham for his 5 star customer service and to Bertuccis of North Andover!

We ordered takeout for a few adults and 3 children. They advertised the kid's chicken tenders with 3 tenders we only received 2. We ordered the 5 meatballs and only received 3 and a half. (I did really enjoy them though.) They also didn't give us a drink we paid for. The pizza could have been cooked a little bit longer as well, although that may be a personal preference. Very disappointed.

Our service was great! Her name was Lisa H and I complimented her while she was serving which I never do, but she was really attentive and super nice! We really wish there were more locations open. Bertuccis is my favorite and I have to drive an hour to get your excellent pizza! Thank you Lisa H!

We sat down and ordered, they do not make burgers past 3 o’clock which seems absurd. Food took over 50 minutes to arrive, 25 minutes for a drink from the bar to be served. Chicken Alfredo had only 6 SMALL pieces of chicken. Slow service overall, no room to turn around in the parking lot. The food was OK but only go if you’re willing to wait. Our server was great though, very nice man.
