place
has
very
bad
customer
service
except
for
one
person
who
tried
to
help
me,
I
had
an
appointment
and
they
canceled
it
and
then
they
called
me
the
following
month
2
days
before
to
cancel
the
appointment
with
the
excuse
that
they
had
not
yet
done
the
tests
on
me
relative
and
I
had
taken
my
relative
to
some
laboratories
3
times
and
an
order
never
came
from
that
place
and
I
told
him
that
he
could
go
that
same
day
to
do
the
tests
but
they
did
not
offer
me
help
because
what
they
wanted
was
to
excuse
themselves
again
because
the
doctor
I
had
to
go
out
and
I
wasn't
going
to
be
there
that
day
and
they
made
me
believe
it
was
because
of
the
tests,
they
are
people
who
don't
really
care
about
the
patients,
I
felt
very
bad
because
of
the
way
they
spoke
to
me
with
that
attitude
that
that
person
doesn't
give
They
don't
take
into
account
the
way
they
speak,
they
don't
put
themselves
in
the
place
of
people
who
have
a
patient
who
may
have
cancer,
they
treat
you
without
caring
about
anything
and
it
seems
that
they
forget
that
a
month
of
treatment
for
a
person
who
may
have
Cancer
counts.
I
felt
very
bad
about
the
service
in
this
Clinic,
I
had
not
experienced
something
like
this
for
years
in
my
life,
