Would gladly eat here every week. It’s clean, the food is good and the staff are friendly. Was there tonight and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. Highly recommend steak tips and chicken tenders with the cookie and ice cream for dessert 🧁

Where do I start? I went out with my husband and my daughter they set us right away 5:20pm we had a menu we look we went to restroom. Nobody has come taking orders 6:15pm waiting having diabetes, my husband got up went to the ladies at set us down and ask them if somebody is going to help us. One of the girls told us somebody already took your orders we were like no they have not come up to us. If they did, we would have something to drink. We would not have a menu. she apologized and got somebody new it was 7:00pm The girl took our order waiting another 30-45 minutes to get our food my mashed potatoes was cold my steak was Bert. I felt disrespecting just because we are Spanish they didn’t took care of us we left at 8 o’clock. I wish people treat people with kindness doesn’t matter what race you are?? and if you’re paying for food, it has to be good Delicious I Pay $75 for a 2 plate that was cold and steak Bert and 3 little pieces of Broccoli. Just to top it up we want to talk to a manager? But he Never came to our table? 8:30pm that is the time we left. I just want everyone to treat people respect no matter where you come from or race. 99 was my favorite restaurant because it is not for the customer like myself you will not have a job and I will never eat there again .

Affordable prices and Good customer service, from beginning to end. Broiled steak tips are my favorite. During early week hours is not crowded. Can't wait for the BBQ ribs to come back.

Update was told a gift certificate was gonna be mailed out to fix the problem NEVER HAPPENED SMH!!!!!!!! As I'm currently sitting here trying to have lunch the fish tacos are amazing but husband order a medium well all star burger that came out OVER WELL HOCKEY PUCK... AND server Deb was rude as hell about us asking her to take it back. Smh.

Has become our favorite place to go for some great healthy foods and tasty desserts. The manager checked in with us and we had a fantastic server.

Ordered steak cooked well done and got medium rare steak, also didn’t give sauces at all to Ben though I even paid for an extra one, wouldn’t recommend doing curbside pickup here

Always a good time with pretty decent service. I make a point to go here whenever I'm in town. Boneless wings with their blue cheese is my favorite. Wanna go lite? The wedge salad with blue cheese dressing, crumbles, bacon and tomatoes... You can't go wrong. I enjoy each meal with a bud select. Always on draft, always on sale.

Very unfortunate. Great server but everything completely overcooked. Chicken parm brick. Sauce thrown on top tasted burnt and straight out of hunts can. Did mention to server,nothing done. Husband's fish he said was OK. Took. Meals home for kids tender dinner take out appears to gave thrown back in and cooked 2x..stringy,could not even bite off :( Not sure whats going on in kitchen but not able toceat..$130 thrown away :( Too bad, now 1 less local to go to unless just want drinks,

Nice sports bar atmosphere at the bar. Good food and affordable pricing. The southwestern chicken salad would be better with warm grilled chicken rather than the cold grilled chicken I got. The tradeoff is that it cam out fast.

Where do I begin. I ordered a cauliflower appetizer, and most of it was BURNT. I could barely eat them! When I asked for crackers and cheese, I wasn’t made aware that it was 2.50! When I received my actual meal, my burger had tasted like charcoal, and my rice was HARD. My table was sticky too. Very disappointed.

99 in North Andover is the one we come to. For starters, the food and service is better than the one in Middleton. We enjoy their cocktails and apps like the tater tots, wings, and skins. Of course, you can't beat the bowls of popcorn while waiting for your food to come out.

What I would have expected from a 99 restaurant except the posted hours are incorrect. We went there with the understanding that they were open until online posted time of 9:30 but were given the bum's rush at 9:00 PM as I was finishing my meal and glass of wine. Next time I will go somewhere else

My first time in this place. Salad was good but the steak tasted like it has been in the refrigerator for a long time. French fries on my wife's dish were good, tasty and hot but the ones that came along with my hamburger were awful, they were cold and overcooked. My wife had two glasses of wine, one came 3/4 full the other one came 1/2 full....go figure that.

The manager was awful. She had a poor attitude and was rude. I subbed a bacon Mac and cheese for fries on a honey bbq wrap and she was so rude in fixing the bill. It was literally disgusting. I will never come here again. I was a server all throughout college and never have I met someone so bad at customer service. I am horrified and disappointed that this is who they choose as the person to run their restaurant.

Food was awful. I got a seafood casserole, so salty I couldn't eat it. Sent it back and for expediency got a piece of fish as my granddaughter seemed to like hers. It was awful and not fresh, slimy. The two littles got chicken fingers. Dry overcooked. Server was very nice and accommodating. Will never go to a 99 again

This location is amazing all around but the evening kitchen staff in particular is absolutely phenomenal. In every way shape and form. Also, Gia the bartender is the best. I wish I had a single brother to introduce her to so she could become a part of my family.

Frequent this location a lot. Most recent online order was less than satisfactory. Placed online order with payment and arrived outside for curbside pickup sending the I am here notification. I waited about 20 minutes before having to walk inside where I saw my order sitting behind the hostess counter. I was then asked for payment again and advised they had been experiencing this issue with online orders/payments. I paid and left the food thankfully was still warm but I wish someone would have called or came out before I had to walk in ... misunderstanding of the issue and of course will order from this location again but was just a bit disappointed this time around.

Food was delicious! My husband get the Colossal Buttered Lobster roll and I got the Haddock Piccata. We also tried the fried cauliflower very good. For drinks we had the Gin strawberry lemonade.

The service is the major problem here. The store is run by teenagers and in winter of 22 there are barely booths available because there aren't enough waiters/waitresses on a saturday night Also, calling ahead by 90 mins to get a booth for 2 you get told they won't reserve a table for you, to call back 15 mins before. When you do you get told there's now a wait and when you explain you called earlier and spoke to teenager A, teenager B whom you're now talking has no answer and tells you there will probably be a wait and there's nothing she can do about it. I accompany a 90 year old army veteran who lives nearby every saturday night and lately the service is ridiculous. They make him us wait when we show up and I have to ask mutiple times if there is a table available. If you guys keep this up I'll file a complaint with the local BBB and make you offer him a free dinner.

99 in North Andover has been a very consistent value of good food and great service. The most recent visit we were excellently served by Joey. Keep it up 99.

Everytime I come home there nothing like having a wings and skin platter and I look forward to it every time I come home… I tried to order them today but now they have tots!?!? What am I 4 years old? This has ruined a hometown favorite place for me and will not be coming back until they put it back on the menu… what a shame

Food portions reduced. Price about the same, menu reduced, service slow on a Sunday. It's still ok for the price but not as good as it had been

The great thing about a 99 restaurant is that the food is consistent, a d consistently good. The service is always friendly and attentive, and it's just a very comfortable setting.

The food is delicious & I never feel bad after eating it. I've left other restaurants feeling yucky because the foods is either too greasy or too salty. The 99 has something for everyone with decent size portions. I got the honey mustard crispy chicken salad.

SO GOOD! I ate here for mother's day and ordered a cheese burger, the rim of it was a little bit burned but when I started eating it it was delicious. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie for dessert with the vanilla bean ice cream and it was the best cookie ever! 10/10

Food and atmosphere were terrific. Our server though.... VERY judgemental. By our clothes she assumed we were poor or something. She was very attentive to other tables but ignored us quite a bit. We had to ask another server for drink refills. And she was pretty rude. I used to be a server so I pay attention to detail when we dine out. We still tipped , but she was lucky to get 10%
