Love the coffee at Dunkin. Although this one wa far out of my way, I was on my way to one of my job-sites and stopped here to get coffee for the team. The service was very friendly, the place was clean and the coffee was great. There’s plenty of parking and parking vem the parking lot was kept clean the time I came. The restrooms to was kept clean so why not rate them at a 5star? If you’re around the area, com by and check it out for yourself.

I went there for a job they didn’t tell me when to be there at all. I show up before 1 and Lori tried to tell me she gave me a time. I was not hired yet. She was very rude. Need new management. She should not be working around people with the attitude she had. And then tried to lie to me to my face. Disrespectful to say the least. I’m glad I won’t be working there with her.

Notoriously messes up order from DoorDash. I need to change my location preferences. I pay way too much not to get the order I placed and it’s the workers responsibility to fulfill the order.

If you want to witness a dumpster fire, this is your place! Rude, inconsiderate staff which reflects on their management, or lack there of. Staff ignores you and talks about hating their job while coming up with ways that they are going to call out of work the next day, while you stand in line with 5 people behind you waiting to be greeted. I waited 5 minutes before I finally got 1 of the 3 employees attention. I obviously was an inconvenience because he said "what do you want?" with attitude. I will gladly take my business over to Coffee Connection where they have an amazing staff and always give you their full attention!

Ordered an iced coffee with 1 cream, 1 sugar and got what looked and tasted like iced milk. Dunkin needs to stop giving 99% cream and 1% coffee.

Same as every other Dunkin' donuts, if you want the order to be right don't go through the drive-thru. Chances are you'll have to go back through the drive-thru or go inside to get it fixed. Also like the other Dunkin' donuts in the area this place does not completely cook their food. For example if you get a grilled cheese sandwich the cheese will not be melted. It will be cold inside. Same for the bagel minis and other food that they cook. You either have to ask for it to be well done - and even then sometimes it isn't. Or you have to catch them during the week after they've been retrained on how to cook, but that usually only lasts for about a week.

People yelled at CHILDREN because they were having fun being kids. This can have an impact on their childhood view and how they act, i saw the fear in their eyes. As a parent myself i’m disgusted by the work here.

Didnt realize that they close at 8 (The Dunkins in Georgia are 24 hours) and I arrived at 7:55 like a fool. I am sorry
