I have been going to Neelus and a faithful client of Rina for over 5 years now. Finding the right place for threading isn’t easy but Rina is an expert! She is very skilled at what she does and is also personable and kind. I highly recommend!

Unhygienic. The person used her mouth instead of holding the thread between her fingers. Despite requesting her to wear a mask, she took off the mask after doing one eyebrow. Visit at your own risk. Unacceptable hygiene standards. Also the thread tugged on the eyelid. Unprofessional and unskilled. I was looking for an eyebrow parlor, this was such a put off. Will Never visit.

Rina is amazing!! She is very friendly and always remembers me. My eyebrows have been a mess my whole life and I feel transformed when I leave. I have been to many places and I can honestly say she is the best and the one person I trust with my eyebrows!! Highly recommend❤️
