If I could leave zero stars I would. Checked in online and confirmed for 11:46 am. This is ridiculous. Not to mention not one stylist acknowledged us nor the 3 people who walked in behind us. Absolutely the worst customer service. Won’t be return. An hr and a half after his confirmed time they got him in a chair and still had not greeted him properly. If you want to keep a solid customer base treat them like they matter ans you appreciate their service. A simple greeting is not that hard to do.

I definitely think I showed up at the wrong time. Wait time was 164mins and one person cutting hair. I did not have an appointment, so I assume you definitely need to schedule something in advance it you want a cut. I opted to try another place.

Note to visitors . Do NOT select first available. You will never get a haircut. You must go online and select a stylist or you get continuously bumped down the list. It's a flawed system.

Worse place ever. Waited 4 hours and another man that was last on the list got put to the top. So someone else was going to take my husband but then another man started saying he was ahead of them both so she took him and my husband ended up back at the bottom.

$25 for a buzz cut. Absolutely insane pricing for a 2-3 minute haircut. No way in hell I’m paying that. The lady wasn’t very nice either at all whatsoever. I’ll definitely never be back.

Went for first time last weekend was very friendly and got a great haircut

2 hours before closing and you can get a cut because they're "booked" through the app. Only 1 customer in the store but I can get a haircut

Mrs. Kaitlyn was outstanding! I always use sportsclips for myself, today I brought my 7 year old boy , he had the best time of his life, watching his favorite sports on tv while getting cut, Mrs Kaitlyn made the haircut fun and super kid friendly! Had a great time cutting up and laughing *don’t forget to get the massage/ hair wash treatment always a plus!
