Don't even think about it. It will only be good to order here if you plan on ordering it for tomorrow!! The store is a nightmare, not to mention the people are so rude. No one answers the phone ever! And delivery.... Well it usually takes about 3 hours for a simple order. So go ahead and order it around lunchtime and you'll have it in time for dinner that night. Dominos needs to just go ahead and clean house here and start over with the whole crew! Sorry not sorry! Get it together.

Delivery driver was super rude! She accused me of not paying, took my food back bc she said it’s wasn’t paid for and it was. Took the food anyway bc my kids was crying and open the box to a medium pepperoni instead of a large Brooklyn style that I asked for. 40 dollars for 2 mediums some raw wings and some cheese bread and a soda! Got my money back and won’t be back.

We ordered delivery on the app. Our quality check started at 8:07 pm, and over an hour later we had to come get it ourselves and be refunded 6 dollars, but we tipped as well. We called about it and when we did they said the delivery driver was out 15 minutes. when we finally gave up on that and got it ourselves, the food was cold too. So they did not even keep it warm. Definitely would not recommend

I have been ordering from Domino's for a very very long time (usually from Aiken) and this location is the most disappointing I've ever dealt with. I didn't think it was possible to mess up a pepperoni pizza but this place has managed to do it both times I've ordered from there. The crust was inedible, had no rise at all, and was overbaked. The sauce tasted old and I hate that I wasted my hard earned money on it. The drivers I've dealt with are a pleasure, but the rest is just terrible.

The pizza was good. The staff was friendly. The app was easy to use and order from. My order was on time as well. I will come back again.

TERRIBLE! No one answers the phone. I placed an order with the North Augusta location and they sent it to the downtown Augusta location who yesterday NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I had to drive to that location to the cancel the order. Upon getting there I was told they have no drivers but they still taking online orders. Also I was treated very rudely by some teenager. Domino’s clearly needs to be a dine in only place, SMH.

Everyone is always so helpful and kind. We eat here once a week and love all of the staff. Food is amazing quality too.

Not extremely pleased at the moment. My Brooklyn pizza looked remarkably different FROM LAST WEEK & PREVIOUS...looked like a BITE had been taken out. I called the store only to be told the manager was to busy, @ 10:15pm so I grabbed the pizza & headed back for a face to face complaint...& at 10:30pm there were no orders??? Reluctantly the pizza was being remade & now the other pizza, chocolate cakes & cinnamon twist are at home getting COLD. I had to pay for another order so my son would have fresh cinnamon twist & lava cakes.. REALLY???? Honestly, not sure if even 1 star suffices this situation, 🤔..Definitely a call for corporate tomorrow...Honestly never had this issue or any other like this..so for what it's worth good luck!

AT LEAST our third time ordering from this location and having issues. Orders are always late and the staff never answers the phone. Last time we ordered from here we were given the run around from corporate trying to get the store on the phone just for them to tell us that they hadn't even started on our order after waiting approximately 2 hours. The time before that our order sat for almost 30 minutes because the driver "clocked out" right before delivering our order. Tonight, our supposedly 20-30 minute order has taken an hour and a half and nobody on the phone can give a correct time estimate. Ordered from somewhere else if you don't want to be waiting all night for cold, stale pizza

Every person who I have ordered from here, which has always been in the later evening, has been so nice! The food is great, and the service is excellent!

Maybe this might help people? Calls transfer to call centers instead of Dominos first. Delivery times are usually wrong online. It doesn’t update with how busy the store really is. Standard delivery is always 30-45 minutes even when it’s not busy. I can’t speak for everyone, but most of the workers there do try their best and want to help you.

I've never had problem's with this store. The online order you have to do when app isn't responding(call center) is the problem. Staff here is great. Always respectful, quick to make sure your happy. Pretty fast at prep as well.

From Classy to Ashy almost overnight! I don't know who you fired or who quit, but you better find em and make them an offer they cant refuse...you went from superb quality and fast service to absolute disaster. 3rd strike! You're outta here!

Always fast and fresh. We order delivery online a couple times a month and never had any issues.

The employees there are ignorant waited more than two hours for delivery that never got delivered. I had to go pick pizza up an the pizza was under cooked would recommend that you go to Papa John’s or Pizza Hut a five dollar little Caesars pizza would beat it.

My only issue is that the workers are not wearing gloves while handling the food. Why are they allowed to touch the food bare hand?? The young lady preparing the dough did not have on a hair net and was scratching her head while kneading the dough.....

I attempted to place an order before I left my job in Augusta, at the Edgefield rd north Augusta location. I was out on hold for a total Of 15 minutes was still On hold when I walked into the store. When I came in there were ppl On thier phones with ear buds in thier ear while the phone steadily rang, someone finally answered the phone and it was my call that he answered while I was standing there. It was supposed to be a delivery order, meanwhile I am waiting for pizzas that should have already been delivered to my home

Our last two orders (placed over a month apart first being evening delivery second afternoon pickup) were awful. The desserts were prepared fine which is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. We had burnt tots drenched in ranch that were inedible. The pizza off both orders was undercooked and sliced in very odd ways where we had four miniature slices and four huge slices and because the pizza was undercooked I guess they couldn’t get it sliced all the way through so the pizza kind of just ripped near the intersection point. We have never had issues with the 13th street location, and will no longer be ordering from this location. Rather have to pick it up in Georgia to get quality food than waste our hard earned money here.

So order pizza tonight get my pizza and it's not cut you pay all those fees for delivery and I got to cut it as well I called to tell them and I got hung up on are u serious
