    Closing was a bit abrupt. Employees were always nice and efficient here. My only issue is that due to this location closure and the lack of other Starbucks, customers are left in the dust. I either have to go to the Starbucks at Target or the mall; which half the times are closed, understaffed, or don’t understand the menu enough to make the drink. I hope Starbucks corporate can improve other locations or have better alternatives when remodeling/closures happen. There is always a Dunkin next door as well.

    Starbucks Sunset Plaza, 1238 Deer Park Ave. I give the taste of the coffee 5 stars when it’s made well. However, don’t expect to have the same coffee every time. Staff need some training on welcoming customers. A smile is not going to hurt anyone. One more very important question, why the staff can’t take and charge my card? And when they give me the credit card machine, it’s always a choice of how much tip I have to pay! I don’t mind paying tips for good service.

    Terrible coffee (coffee flavored water). How do u not know how take a pumpkin spice latte ...15 minutes wait. Can I have my $20 back?

    I was in the drive thru today and I’m in customer service so I try to be nice to others because I know how stressful it can be especially when it’s busy. After I placed my order I said “ Thank you” and they didn’t realize that I was still in the same spot because the line wasn’t moving and into the microphone started mocking the way I said thank you to the other workers. I’m very self conscious of my voice and to hear someone make fun of it for absolutely no reason made me uncomfortable. Will definitely not return.

    Today I went to this Starbucks and was very concerned. The employees were sweating at work but also not giving the correct orders. I ordered a drink and it came back not what i asked for then they proceeded to act like I didnt say a thing. I forgot to take a picture of my drink but not to review this place. I had to share the truth to you as to why they didnt care. $30 for 4 drinks I ordered the same 4 drinks with carmel , cinnamon and less ice and i didnt get that. This starbucks should be closed down the employees do not care at all. I understand it was morning rush hour but either way as a team they shouldve made sure everyone was happy. I’ve also saw the reviews of others 1 star should be 0 then they are rude. Rolling eye balls and beinf very rude. I will not discuss which employees but wow I am never ordering from this dump again

    I don’t understand what they are doing. They closed the place down now they have only mobile pick up and drive through. What happened to being able to go in order and just enjoying your overpriced coffee inside? Disappointing.

    Hate leaving bad reviews but things need to change and I hope that my review helps this Starbucks location change. Came here 5x over the last 2 months and each time the coffee was absolutely horrible. I had to throw the coffee away and buy another cup at the local 7/11. I ordered a dark roast and medium roast and each cup tasted old and stale. I don’t recommend coming here.

    Friendly fast service great food on the go. I always get bacon egg bites. Savory meal when you've missed one. Today Witch s Brew! Tastes like fruity pebbles and vanilla. Love it

    If you get any kind of cold brew in here joining the week days they all taste the same , never have sweetened in it also , I don’t know who’s making it in the morning but in the weekend is great , I think the person who make the coffee in the morning joining the week days need more training, I’m did complain about it in the past but never change , I hope this review will bring attention to the manager who in charge of this location, if I wasn’t live close by this place I will prefer going to the one by West Babylon on Montauk highway

    46 minutes for 1 cup of regular coffee at the drive up window. Cup was filled to the brim. As soon as I tilted the cup to take a sip, it was overflowing and dripping down the side of the cup. It made a big stain on my white shirt. Ridiculous!!!

    Had to listen to the customer before me tell her life story to the cashier after she ordered Another customer then jumped in while I was ordering and got the attention of the cashier over me The barista is now sitting here talking about his car issue dent instead of making coffee I work and have meetings People should not be delayed for conversations

    I dont understand why they changed the place. They said it was mobile order and drive through only but they let you go inside and order? Makes no sense. No tables or even a menu posted. Weird and cold atmosphere.

    6:50 pm - young girl at drive thru register too busy texting and playing on her phone to be bothered with customers. Made my coffee with the wrong milk - glad I double checked - had a snotty attitude when I asked her to correct it

    DRIVE THROUGH ONLY! This is a standard Starbucks and the drinks are fine. However they recently changed the building to be a drive through location and it limits how quickly you can be served and prevents you from sitting inside. The food and drink is good.

    I’ll stop by every once in a blue moon for a Frappuccino and that’s about it. But when it comes right down to it Starbucks is a ripoff. If I really want a cup of coffee than I’ll go to the Dunkin Donuts across the street. If I want a frozen beverage than I’ll go to McDonald’s which is just north of here.

    The worst customer service I’ve ever received at a drive-through. I asked for decaf coffee, The guy said he didn’t have any brewed decaf so I told him I would wait, he said “I’m not going to brew decaf coffee for you right now because you will be the only one buying it”. I wasn’t going to only buy the decaf coffee, I was going to buy More drinks and something to eat for me,my wife, and my kids. We are local customers at this particular Starbucks, I had to go to 7-Eleven to get my coffee‘s. I am a very straightforward and easy going person, but this was terrible customer service and they deserve a bad review. This happened on March 16th about 7:40pm

Casey and the rest of the wonderful staff there consistently uphold the operations of this location to a high standard and customer service/satisfaction is always in their most primary consideration.     Our drinks were all correct but we were told that the sprouted grain bagel was gluten free for my celiac mother in law. It was not gluten free and now she'll be sick for three days. Please don't tell people something is gluten free if you don't know for sure.

    Who ever was doing headset around 12 pm today (and Veronica at window!) are an absolute delight. Real standout today...I understand how tough it is to work food/beverage right now with a positive attitude. Every time I've pulled up to this location I've had a great experience with staff. This location is out of my way but I deliberately come back for the awesome service!!!!

    I have never left a review but today is the day. I’m in hospitality management and totally understand the overwhelming staffing issue. That being said that doesn’t justify the people that are there not doing their job. Every time I go there it’a not understaffed, there are typically 5-6 people just making coffee and 2 managers floating around. My coffee is ALWAYS wrong. Not just once not twice but almost 90% of the time. The staff is sweet but clearly not properly trained. I order the same coffee every time. It is a latte with Oat milk. I am fully aware that “oat” sounds like “whole” and learned early on to confirm twice. This time I confirmed at the register and as the girl handed it to me I said again, is this oat milk? “Yes”. Get in my car, and it’s whole milk!!? How? I feel bad leaving a bad review and I feel bad for the staff but this is a clear disconnect with the area manager for this location. Like get it together or shut down the location. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks on long island that are also short staffed but make minimal if not zero mistakes.

    Everyone here is wonderful! Always smiling. Mobile orders always come out perfect! Busy yet fast service. I honestly go out of my way to go here. Trust me....you won't regret it!!!!

    Speedy service on drive-thru despite the usual 5 to 10 car lines. On busier days, baristas will stand outside and take orders from drivers. I have waited no more than 15 minutes from the beginning of the line to the end.

    My husband and my daughter were looking for an Starbucks still open 9:15 pm so we found Online says CLOSES 10PM.. and we wen for 15 min driving. Finally we made it 9:30 PM One more car in front of us and unfortunately the person who is supposed to take our order said that they have to close early today becuase short of staff but wasn't that becuase they were 3 people working. I beg her so badly and asking just for last coffee and she said NO ! I asked her PLEASE I come all the way from Islip because is the only one still open and she said they asked her boss to close early and boss said Ok but I don't think boss knows what happened tonight. I asked her for a small hot caramel latte and still says NO so she said if only Can provided me is a regular coffee so she gave us 2 FREE regular coffee which none of us wanted but she just want to cover herself that they made a Big mistake with a customer into the drive-thru seeing how they service the previous car but no us. FIRST AND LAST TIME VERY DISAPPOINTING AND THEY MADE US FEEL SO BAD TO MY FAMILY 👪 😞

    Not happy with my experience here. I placed my order and waited patiently like everyone else. Several people that ordered AFTER me got their drinks before I did. I didn't know it took longer to make my ICED coffee over many FRAPPUCCINOS! When I asked about my drink, the lady gave me an attitude and said to hold on because they were VERY BUSY. Will not being going back.

    If i could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a dragonfruit refresher and a blubbery scone. She asks me; "small, medium, or large?" (for the drink) and I tell her medium. I recieved a small dragonfruit refresher with a cap that didn't even fit on the cup, she had to push it down and it didnt even fit. She also asked me if I would like my scone heated up. I said no thanks and I recieved a burning hot scone that I could feel the scone burning my hand through the paper as I walked out. The lady that served me was a heavy blonde who seemed sweet but idk.

    Really disappointed……their employees charged us for 2 Mocha cookie crumble and we got one and they didn’t put the whipped cream on it whenever we been there they mostly say we have no wiped cream left why why why why why they should have it …….. they should give us our money back for extra charging :(

    Genuinely one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They reopened and advertised as mobile pickup/drive through only but their mobile orders are turned off multiple times throughout the week. The drinks are never consistent and most of the employees seem miserable. The drive through line almost always takes 20-30 minutes, mobile orders usually take at least 15 - they are super slow. Literally would rather go to any other Starbucks.
