I
was
given
Pooja
Tandon
as
an
alternative
because
I
originally
wanted
another
psychiatrist
in
the
practice
who
was
more
qualified
but
she
was
not
taking
new
patients.
Dr.
Tandon
was
covered
by
my
insurance
which
was
great
not
fully
covered
but
eh
.
I
went
to
my
appointment
on
12/8/21,
however
she
was
one
of
the
worst
Psychiatrists
I
ever
dealt
with
.
The
first
thing
I
was
greeted
with
was
her
attitude.
She
made
a
big
deal
because
my
Zoom
camera
wasn’t
working
and
that
she
had
other
clients
to
get
to.
Even
after
explaining
to
her
I
needed
to
see
if
Zoom
would
work
on
my
computer
she
said
“Well
I
need
to
see
you
your
face.“
Dr.
Tandon
was
acting
like
I
was
trying
to
avoid
being
seen,
even
after
expressing
I
was
having
difficulty
with
troubleshooting
my
computer
issues.
I
stated
I
needed
to
use
my
phone
because
my
laptop
was
not
working.
This
“inconvenience
“
was
literally
no
longer
than
2
minutes.
Don’t
bother
going
to
her.
She
states
how
busy
her
staff
and
her
are,
but
this
is
your
job
and
you
signed
up
to
be
a
psychiatrist.
Also
mind
you
this
15
minute
zoom
session
was
$300+
thankfully
my
insurance
covered
a
fraction
of
it
,
you
should
be
doing
better
for
your
patients
.
The
office
also
wasn’t
able
to
confirm
coverage
when
I
double
checked
a
few
days
before
the
appointment
since
it
was
too
close
,so
just
a
heads
up
.
What
I
should
have
just
said
no
to
was
when
I
saw
her
next
appointment
was
going
to
be
3
months
away,
since
I
was
okay.
She
mentioned
to
call
the
office
if
I
needed
an
earlier
appointment.
I
did
that
this
week
and
that
appointment
was
still
going
to
be
end
of
March
.
I’m
a
new
patient
you
don’t
know
me
from
a
hole
in
the
wall.
It
was
hard
to
reach
her
or
her
office
staff.
I
ended
up
getting
another
psychiatrist
in
the
office,
but
if
any
of
you
are
thinking
to
go
to
Pooja
Tandon,
just
don’t
.
Save
yourself
the
trouble.
