You
can
do
it
all!
Grew
up
going
to
the
playgrounds,
and
during
the
summer
the
water
park
adjacent
to
it.
You
can
have
a
family
bbq,
watch
older
men
play
bocci
ball,
and
even
watch
an
intense
game
of
basketball
at
the
courts.
It
has
a
track
&
football
field
which
is
also
shared
with
the
local
high
school.
Next
to
it
is
a
dog
park
for
both
small
and
large
breeds.
Large
baseball/softball
fields,
tennis
courts,
and
wall
ball
court.
Now
there’s
even
a
farmer’s
market
on
the
weekends.
During
the
winter
time
this
is
the
best
park
to
be
at.
Don’t
have
a
sled?
Just
grab
a
garbage
top
from
the
park
and
use
to
slide
down
the
best
hills.
You
can
walk,
jog,
or
run
around
the
large
lake
with
fountains.
Other
activities
include,
biking,
rollerblading,
skateboarding,
and
flying
kites.
This
is
Jersey’s
best
kept
secret,
and
Jersey’s
very
own
Central
Park.
Lastly,
if
you
are
reading
this
it’s
because
you
googled
Parque
80.
All
locals
know
it
by
this
name
due
to
the
Hispanic
influence
and
history
in
this
region.
Did
I
mention
that
you
can
also
take
a
bus
to
NYC
on
either
Blvd
East
or
Bergenline
Ave
and
be
there
in
about
20
mins!?
By
the
way,
the
park’s
official
name
is
James
J.
Broddock
North
Hudson
County
Park,
a
world
heavyweight
champion
in
the
late
30’s,
which
inspired
Cinderella
Man
the
movie.
