I love this I hop location and the staff. Our server was really good and they are really quick once food is ordered. I would suggest to come early mornings to get quick service

Had been coming here on and off quite awhile since they opened. They still got it! I also like how they cater to us vegetarians, I had the impossible sausage. What an improvement!

I recently visited IHOP Franklin Park and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was comforting and satisfying, exactly what I was looking for. The service at IHOP Franklin Park was amazing. The waiter was friendly, attentive, and understanding. They took the time to listen to my order and ensure that everything was prepared according to my preferences. The staff seemed genuinely committed to providing a positive dining experience. However, one aspect that could use improvement was the cleanliness of the tables and utensils. The tables appeared to be a bit messy, and the utensils could have been cleaner. It would have been more appealing if they were replaced or thoroughly cleaned before being set for the next customer. Despite this minor issue, the waiter promptly addressed my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable. In conclusion, IHOP Franklin Park offers good comforting food and excellent service. Although the tables and utensils needed some attention, the attentive and understanding waiter made up for it. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a comforting meal, IHOP Franklin Park is worth a visit.

Food flavors and taste can be a lot better . ! Update) we visited again today 10/6/2022 and the wait started, i thought they were busy i understand then we kept waiting and nothing other people waiting started to leave. I noticed there was a lot of empty tables i was looking for someone to ask and after i saw someone he said 5 more min. I already waited a lot with my family and we left like other people did. I know they're busy and at some point we understand we have to wait but when they abuse is not acceptable....

One of the best IHOP I've been to in a very long time great decor everything looks new and they can be very flexible with your ordering like being able to order one piece of French toast along side your order of an omelette unlike other IHOP who refuse to do that and want you to pay full price for two French toast which is almost triple the price you can get with one as a side

I went there on a weekday morning, so the seating was quick, and the food came out very hot, and I hop tasty. I did enjoy my dining experience .

Absolutely horrible experience terrible food quality. Today, me and my daughter went to breakfast at IHOP. We waited at the door for 15 to 20 minutes to be greeted by host and set. There was no one in the waiting area, other than us at the time. once at the table we order coffee. when the waitress brought the coffee, she told us there was no available creamer and she bought us milk in a plastic ramekins. Once our food came out, it was cold waffles were crispy and flaky like a croissant move on trays were sent back at separate times. And when they returned, there was no improvement. I spoke to a manager who really didn’t seem concerned. He did not suggest a solution to try to make the situation right. I left hungry. I was very dissatisfied with a quality of food.

Our waiter was Laura and she was very helpful with good customer service. I ordered pancakes with eggs, hash, sausage, and bacon and everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend!

Food was good.they're very under-staffed(beware of wait times). New York pancakes, fries, egg omelet was ordered. There doesn't seem to be as many syrup varieties as other iHop's.

The service here is excellent, the staff doesn't hover over you constantly and lets you enjoy your breakfast. The food comes out relatively quick and is delicious. The coffee is great and the pancakes are excellent. I had the big steak omelet and it had everything that I want in an omelet, just the right amount of salt and flavor. The wait staff is professional and overall an excellent dining experience.

This IHOP is the best in the area! The staff are excellent and they treat us like family! We love visiting to see how everyone is doing while having a delicious breakfast or date night. We love this location! They take good care of us.
