Very bad administration, from the young woman in the fitting room area playing with her cell phone while asking her a question and on the other hand such a large building and they do not allow the use of the bathrooms to consumers. The bathrooms are closed to the public but open to employees. I hope the franchise takes action on the issue of the bathrooms and their disrespectful employees.

They have bigger space now from the last time I worked or shopped here but that was probably 10+ year's ago. They're always messy and not much luggage to choose from. They use to have a lot of products back in the day but they changed a lot.

so not much in the terms of dresses availability. I did find a couple cute Halloween items but overall have been to a better Burlington coat factory. this one was pretty messy and unkempt and just not a lot of good options unfortunately

This store is a disgrace when with my 2 year son he bump in the photo below giving him cut because of the sharp edges I told the manager it's dangerous have stuff like that in the middle of the store it's not say he only say I'm sorry but we can't move it I guest when a another child lose there eye there they will know I will never go back in there worst customer service

Well if you want all brands under one roof. If you want clothes, footwear, accessories etc - Burlington is the place.

The LINE "DEFINITELY" gives you PAUSE!... HOWEVER, the cashiers are AWESOME and GREAT bargains to behold!! 😁 (I hate those SNEAKILY GREAT items as you SNAKE your way to the register 😏)

For the past 8 years when ever I visit NJ I got to go shopping there, it has been already two years and when I visited yesterday this place was extremely a miss and unorganized. Managed to grab couple of items and I believe I ain't going back North Brunswick Burlington.

Reasonable prices! Easy shopping aisles. Fun place to shop with family and friends. However, they need to increase the number of staff at the tills to reduce the long lines of customers readybto check out. In all, great experience 👍

North Brunswick plaza, I was in the Burlington store and this place is always a little crazy and it's really hard to find anything you are looking for, sure you are able to find great prices but not so lucky finding the item u looking for...

I have been shopping at Burlington for a long time, and during this period many changes and improvements have been made to make the store more attractive to shoppers.

Awesome place with great deals for all occasions and tastes. It is a hit or miss store that is why I am going there all the time looking for treasures.

It's always good to be at Burlington. The prices are great. But 3 stars rating is the most I will give them. Store needs more organized management and better customer service.

Good collection of clothes for the season to start. Though I feel it's not cheaper anymore. It is just one stop shop else u can buy similar items at other stores at similar prices too

I once worked there over 15 years ago I shop there now and then when I have time to waste. Clothing racks or not in order and clothes sizes out of place and shoes as well. Gone are the days of organization oh and the bathrooms are now closed to the public.

Every time I come here the lines are extremely long. You can see a bunch of staff sitting around doing nothing. I have to ask a manager to open more lines. Why does a customer have to tell a manager that the lines are long and they need more registers open? When I do tell them, they open more registers. The point is why does a customer have to tell you that?

Some times I love this place sometimes I dislike this place and today I like Burlington they had soooo many nice sweaters and shirts and pant for my son and he got a lot from that store at great prices

So unorganized you can't even shop here all the departments are bad shoes are all sizes mixed

Don’t know why I decided to come to this location. I was there for not even 5 mins and was met with the worst attitude from the employees! The way they speak to their customers is disgusting, deff need to work on customer service skills. Will deff go out of my way to avoid this location at all costs.

this place is extremely hit or miss. But I enjoy shopping so I enjoy coming here. Come with a lot of tine in hand. you never know, you may end up finding some treasures for very cheap

Lot of items at cheaper rate. It’s all over stocked branded items like Adidas puma Fila shorts for 5$ pants for like 13$.

Their prices and merchandise are fair to good. I'd even say there are great deals to be found. The store itself is a mess!!! Clothes on the floor and strewn across the racks, things half off hangers and price tags missing. At least 6 employees behind the counter walking back & forth pretending to work, one register open. After I was in line for a 1/2 hour they finally opened a second. I got in that line at 10:30 and got out of the store at 11:33. By the way the website says they are open till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays however when I asked an employee if they could open another register she said they closed at 11 which is why there was only one register open. When I mentioned I got in the line at 10:30 and asked where the cashiers were then, she just apologized. I also stated "if the store is open until 11, your cashiers should be here 'till 11. She just apologized again and said I'm sorry ma'am. She should be, the store lost a good customer, I'll never go back.

I was amazed at the condition of the store many areas looked like they were hit by a bomb. Seemed like they don’t clean or restock shelves. The restrooms are locked for the public. I asked an employee for the access code but was informed that it is not for public use. Well I’m definitely never, ever going there again. We walked to Walmart got what we needed.

The store is so messy. Looks like a hurricane past by. You can’t find anything. Please hire more employees for organizing items and more cashiers; lines are over 20 min wait.

Worst customer service ever! I was in the store yesterday brought in my own bag and placed it on the counter with the items I was purchasing. The cashier put the first item in one of their own brown paper bags and I told him I have my own bag. He refused to take it out and upon inspection of my receipt this morning I was charged for a bag. This place is a rip off and scammers.

Absolutely love this store. Each and every single time I've gone I've found what I needed (and quite a few wants) for alot less. The employees are the sweetest, selection is pretty good and the prices are great

Went to buy a dress for my granddaughter I get good quality and good price 😌 👌 I spend more than I was going to but it's OK 👍 the only thing is the mess is in the store mama mia 🙃 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

You gotta do some digging, but when you find the right item it's the item. Affordable prices. Great accent clothing.
