It has been awhile. Had to go from 3 star to 1 star. Service was great but pizza was terrible. The crust was non-existent. See photos. One would think it was a thin crust but it isn't. There was no rise to the crust at all. Living in North canton. I have 5 pizza places within 6 mile radius. This will not be on the list for a pizza craving! Good wings. Great pizza.

$32 for a pound of rigatoni and 6 meatballs…. If done right no big deal…. Ordered extra sauce and it came ice cold….. very little sauce on the tub of rig….. just saying you could add one more spoonful of sauce to the tub of rig and be good! It’s not that expensive and isn’t going to kill profits….if I wanted plain rigatoni I would have asked for it…meatballs were good!

I liked pizza oven and purchase a small pizza on my lunch often. Today the girl who rang me up decided to give herself a 20% tip without my approval. This isn't acceptable behavior, it's not her discretion. I will not support a business who has dishonest employees who steal from customers.

First-time customer, and I thought the pizza was pretty good. I ordered a small pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and fresh tomatoes... and a house salad. First, I am GLAD I got the small instead of the individual size — not sure the individual sized would have been enough because the small was pretty small. However, I will say that it had great flavor! Salad was great and their French dressing is tasty. The salad was perfectly sized and fresh. I have three criticisms... 1). I got no utensils so if the hotel wouldn’t have had some, I’m not sure how I would have eaten my salad. 2). No napkins 3). Not enough salad dressing! I barely had enough to eat half of my salad, and I don’t think I like a little salad with my dressing!! I think I am a have a little dressing with my salad kind of guy! One more salad dressing wouldn’t have broke the bank or profit margins, but I would have gladly paid another $1 for a second dressing!! That’s it! That’s my two cents! Ordered take out today Friday 7/21 and was told it would be ready in the usual 25-30 minutes. I arrived in 30 but they were very far behind and my order wasn't ready for another 20. The girl at the register and the boy assisting her did not apologize for my long wait or thanked me for my business. I offered a couple quick suggestions for improvement but as met with indifference. Thankfully the food was very good. After I left I wondered if they knew of the founder Joe DiPietro and his word which was "You treat people the way you want to be treated and you do what's right." Another good one written on the wall of a business I know of is "If you don't think the customer is important, think again".

Great pizza. However I've noticed they are making the pizzas smaller and charging same price. Doesn't really seem right. But it is a North Canton staple.

Placed order for chicken and jojo’s and when my wife and I got home. The chicken was overcooked or should I say burnt. Called to talk to the manager and he was rude and could care less. Haven’t ordered from there since. Very unprofessional…

This location is so inconsistent with food quality. We ordered what we usually do. Alfredo pizza add chicken and mushrooms. The first one my husband picked up had NO Alfredo sauce. The manager Jesse tells him "There may not be as much sauce as you're use to but there is sauce." As you can see from the pictures there is no sauce. The second to last photo is the pizza made correctly with sauce. My husband shows him the picture with no sauce and he says "Oh okay" and walked away.This isn't the first time we have received poor service at this pizza oven location and I know we are not alone.

Order for the first time tonight asked for light sauce and didn't get it, the pizza was soggy and barely any cheese. Not sure how that worked. We will definitely not be going back. Sad because we tried the franchise over the weekend at an event and it was great. Food here was just terrible!

Called in at 3:47 pm, they told us about a 25-30 minute wait. By the time we had got there, it was 4:15 and we quickly paid. We got our card back 30 seconds later, yet after about 5 minutes they hadnt given us our order or a notice as to why it was taking so long. After about 15 minutes of waiting and seeing hardly anyone inside doing their job, we go inside to ask what happened and where our food was. We got the cold food right then, we had to park and go in to ask why it was delayed so long.

I sadly changed my 5 star review to 1 star. We ordered Pizza Oven recently, and not a single employee, including those cooking the food, wore a mask or gloves. Refusing to wear masks and enforce social distancing during a pandemic is unacceptable, and maybe even disrespectful and careless. Clearly the safety and health of their customers is not their priority. We were loyal Pizza Oven customers and won't be returning.

The beautiful handmade crust is back! The toppings are still delicious, but it's the crust that makes a great pie. This was the last pizza shop with great crust in the area. Sooooo happy! They also have a new location at 55th St and Market with a drive up window. Super busy location and the best crust around!

Always great food. I order from here even though the Market location is closer because they offer pasta.

Ordered 2 five piece orders of jojos, they were the size of a pencil. Pizza had very little sauce was very dry. Been a pizza oven cust for many years, had guest in ,was embarressed with food quality. Maybe it was just the north canton store. Won’t go there again.

Never have I had a bad pizza at this Pizza Oven location. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce and toppings!! I haven't found another pizza joint anywhere that compares. The sauce is rich and savory and fulfills all the cravings for umami. On this occasion I only ordered a pepperoni pizza (and grabbed a bag of their amazing pepperoni rolls) but their pressure cooked chicken wings are divine too and their potato wedges. You can't go wrong with Pizza Oven!

Fantastic place! We bought a pizza that wasn't quite up to their usual excellence. I called and Kenny remade the pizza; no excuses. Kenny was super nice and very nice! Definitely a terrific place!!!

They have the best Tuna Chef salad I've had. I absolutely love it and it's a good size , it's a meal for me. They're always fresh. The baked Ziti with mean sauce is very good also. Try the Broasted Chicken and Broasted Potatoes, they're excellent. We frequently grab something through their drive thru and everything is always fresh and hot. Employees are very nice and friendly also.

Order prepared correctly and ready when they said it would be. Great pizza. And I love that they have a drive thru window that makes pickup super easy.

Wonderful pizza with a sour dough crust! Been going here for years and the Pizza Oven never disappoints!

Haven't had the best results in the near past but tried it again last night and it was back to normal. Good flavor and lots of ingredients. I asked for extra sauce because the last time there was very little. Made a big difference. It was cold when it arrived but put in the oven and it was fine.

I ordered delivery from a hotel and got order without cutlery (salad) so I really wanted to roast them (lol)! I went down to lobby and found silverware - I had an Italian Salad and a 1/2 Dozen wings - SO GOOD!!! My husband had pizza - nothing like I’ve ever tried before - the crust was so good and the toppings were YUMMY...he had mushrooms, onions & sausage. The salad was great and the wings - OMG better than any fried chicken I’ve ever had! We will order every time we visit our kiddos (we live in NC).

Pizza Oven was a bit of a disappointment based on their sausage alone. I like the crust and sauce but they use ground sausage and spread it everywhere on the pizza. I would not order anything with sausage from here. The pepperoni rolls have lots of pepperoni and are okay. On the positive note, everyone I saw had a mask on and they have a drive thru. I would get their pizza again but my wife and two kids were not fans. I am glad I got two smalls I stead of two larges.

We ordered rigatoni, meatballs and rolls. Not only was our food late being delivered but our rolls had mold on them!! We called to let them know they might want to throw them out and they offered 15% off our next order, as if we want to order from there again!

Very nice people! Will answer any question you have. They make the best oven pizza ever. I've tried other places it close to how they make it. So you gotta try it yummy.

Anytime o ordered here the pizza was always good. The pizza can be a bit pricey but Pizza Oven always been a little high. Worth the money

Great chicken and jojos but the pizza did not have tomato sauce. Very strange.

Trash service, employees not wearing masks inside like a mad house inside. It took over 40 minutes for an order to be ready (despite calling ahead for pick up, it was over 40 minutes late!), and not one person apologized or even told me that my order was not ready or would take longer. Would not go back again and regret even going once. It's not that hard to communicate with a customer...Employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Barstool sports would rank this in the high 7’s low 8’s. For me it’s a 10! Highly recommended. Bianco half pep/sausage shown here.

My favorite pizza in my home town. Try the bianco pizza for something lighter or alfredo sauce for something different. Add some thin sliced jojos and golden krisp chips and you will have a full Stark County pizzeria experience.

Bought a pizza a month ago . Was burnt and horrible . Called in they gave me a credit . Call in spend 5 minutes on hold to be told I’m sorry we don’t see the credit. Never again!!!! They are terrible and do not order the pomodora. They can’t make it correct half the time

They messed up my order and promised a free double cheese on my next order. But on my next order, the manager would not allow it.

Went to the restaurant to get my order they told me five minutes. 25 minutes later I finally get my food. Very poor customer service I won’t be coming to this place again

Very well established local pizza chain. Pizza Oven stands out to me because of their ground sausage topping. We keep it in our regular rotation of pizza joints.

For some reason the chicken from here is never as good as the one in Belden. The Belden restraunt chicken is always crispy and juicy.
