All the store workers look miserable, tired, and over worked. The store looks dirty and I have yet to see anyone stocking the shelves when I shop there. It was a cleaner happier store 5 years ago.

I love my local acme store the guy in the meat department is always helping me he helped me make a huge roast for my family told me exactly which one to buy what size I needed and how to cook it and he was on point and we had just enough leftovers to make pulled pork the next day he was amazing also the floral department is pretty amazing I got my first aloe plant from acme about a year-and-a-half ago and she's doing amazing!!! This store is easily set up and everything is easy to find the girls at the checkout and guys are always smiling carrying on conversations with the customers not each other this acme store has the best acme store

Went to get a cup of coffee today at 1030am and the deli clerk Kim said she wasn't making anymore coffee when I nicely informed her the light was blinking on the machine and it needs new coffee made. Another man who wanted coffee was wondering as well and she tried to serve us bottom of the barrel coffee and I simply said I work too hard to drink the bottom of the barrel coffee. Hopefully there's fresh coffee next time and if it needs made fresh hopefully another deli clerk doesn't mind working and doing that so this company make a sale and not lose a sale.

-1 star. The deli is horrible, all I wanted was some things sliced differently and larger portions. they make feel you as if you’re putting them out, for asking them to do their job. They just want to push the pre portioned things on you, which 3 times I’ve gotten rotten lunch meat. That was the second time they were rude to me. This is why I go to Giant eagle normally even though I live right down the road from acme. I can’t wait for Meijer’s and Aldi to open.

I was very impressed with this store. Very clean. Very organized. It was just awesome my first time there.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Had everything I needed. Will definitely go there again.

They are a little pricier, but have great specials that recur frequently. One of my top three stops to find quality foods.

Acme has been a staple in Ohio for years. If you're from here you know you don't buy the name brand stuff there you buy food Club because it's healthier and it's a lot cheaper. Acme is one of the best stores in the state and I'm sorry for acne that they have people that don't understand how they work.

I've been going here for about 6 months now after discovering their awesome cereal selection. They have a lot of sales on them often. Overall, I like this store a lot (my wife prefers Giant Eagle). Unfortunately, all it takes is one bad encounter to ruin your upbeat feelings of a place, start noticing other little nuances, and change your persepctive... and that is: Andrew at the Deli. It was my first time communicating with someone from behind the deli counter, and barring some type of emergency, most likely my last. I asked Andrew for a pound of Colby cheese. He pointed at all the prepackaged cheeses that had been made earlier in the day. A .47 lb'r here, a .39 lb'r there, but no "pound" of Colby cheese. He asks if I needed anything else, and I ask him for a pound of cracked pepper turkey. His response: "we don't carry that," as he walks down the line of meats behind the glass display counter. I said "really... you don't carry cracked pepper turkey?" I'm sifting through multiple prepackaged Colby cheese bags at this point, trying to add the decimals I need up to a pound... "Oh wait, we do have it," Andrew says with an odd smirk. He opens up and unwraps a brand new cracked pepper turkey hunk of meat and takes it over to the slicer... 1.3 lbs. That's cool. I'm not into making scenes and didn't want to argue with Andrew, but I would've preferred 1 pound of freshly cut cheese in ONE bag, rather than scavenge for the right weights and end up leaving the deli counter with THREE bags of cheese, 1 bag of cracked pepper turkey.

I got the ad for crab legs for 7.99 a lb. When I got there I had the current ad for them on my phone. I was told by store employees the ad expired a week before. When I showed them the ad that was current they simply said we r a n out. I called another store and they said the ad for Friday expires at 12:01 Am !!! When I questioned that the person told me the never had the product in the ad. He said the Acme Corporation runs ads all the time for items not in the store. They don't honor the ads and they advertise all the time for products they simple don't have. They also said th e y NEVER GIVE RAIN CHECKS and don't say while ad supplies last in the advertising. OHIO Consumer protection where are you?

Go here quite often. The prices aren't bad and the quality is good. Best place around for a birthday cake. Only issue is the lines at check out are always long. But overall they are great.

We had been shopping at Acme regularly because its location is convenient to us. However, our grocery budget was getting ridiculously high and we did some research on prices at other stores around-pretty much everything at Acme is 2-3 dollars more expensive. If I was paying for a higher quality experience I could understand that a bit more but there is nothing special about the store itself, and the employees are either grumpy old people or kids who don't care. The final straw for us was when I went in for coffee creamer and there was only 1 left of the brand we use that was expired literally three weeks ago. How is it acceptable to have a 3 week expired item still on the shelf!? I can't wait to have a Meijer open close by so we have better options in North Canton.

Clean and well stocked store with a wide variety of foods. Good bargain's in the weekly ad. Enjoying their Hot Sauce Club which gives members a free selection each month. Pharmacy is top notch and friendly.

Nice little hometown grocery store. Prices are higher than most around and check out usually takes a little extra tune, but acme also often carries items you can't find anywhere else

Have been shopping here since the early 80s. Ordered 1/2 sheet cake for birthday party, decorations were good, but the cake was dried out. Probably 3 days old. Very dissatisfied.

The store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked and tidy. Everyone always does a very good job here. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The store is OK, but they have no problem cheating you here. Read every detail on every sale sign, they will intentionally mislead consumers. They also removed my manager special coupon from my day old pastries, but never took it off my receipt. Last trip I was cheated out of $5 or about 4% of my bill.

Good liquor selection, and sometimes some good sales. But not much else good about this store. The layout is strange so it is difficult to find items. Regular priced items are really expensive. If you don't mind wasting money I guess it would be ok.

This is the best grocery store in North canton. Love it no matter what other stores in to our town, you got my business.

Wendy is my favorite pharmacist. She’s always smiling and is always quick! I never have any problems with her. The other Pharmacist Angie, always gives me problems unfortunately

Wasn't able to fill my online order. Said there was a limit but the ad online didn't show a limit and let me order it anyways and they would not honor their mistake! Sounds like false advertising to me! They lost a loyal customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Love the spacious aisles and selections. Very good sales and very clean. Nice cashiers too.

Watch the prices marked being way different at the register, sometimes 50% higher than what was marked on n the shelves. This has happened to us more than once, the response being “oh well, the marked price was wrong.” Look Acme management— if you’re really that worried about the Meier and Aldi stores going up next door, start treating your customers better. And to echo another reviewer—the employees at the North Canton store do seem miserable. Too bad, this used to be my favorite grocery store.
