On behalf of my family - Pizza was good, service was questionable. Things felt very awkward, especially when I took out my water bottle and was told that’s not okay to do here and have to purchase a drink next time. I have a medical condition where I need to drink water throughout the day and I felt as if this greatly negatively impacted my experience. This was the first time this ever happened to me at any restaurant. Will not be returning or recommending, please improve customer service skills

Just called this pizza place and asked if they had any deals. I had bought many times from them and never asked any questions about anything. I believe asking for deals is a reasonable thing. Their response was exactly like this: "If you want deals, call Broadway pizza. If you bought from us before, you should know that". And then they hung up on me. They were extremely rude.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY!!! Because the crust is so thin their pizza has come to our house lukewarm at BEST on multiple occasions. If you order multiple pies for a party the pizza is cold within a few minutes. No one wants cold pizza! One pie from other pizzerias is enough for our family of 4 but because the crust is so thin at Venice we need to order two pies! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

This place doesn't deserve any stars. If I could, I would leave -5 stars. First off, they don't even have available half of the items on the menu, second, the food was sub par at best, third, they over charge for their food, not matching the prices on the menu. Saying he can change his prices at anytime due to the economy, but yet doesn't change the prices on the menu board or the website. When confronted about it, he called me white trash and my friend a n****r and proceeded to throw the money we paid at her. Disrespectful, rude, and racists. I suggest not calling people derogatory and racist names when you have not one clue about where they are from. You give small family businesses a bad name and reputation

Had a big order for a work event and they were friendly and the order was on time. Pizza was good and overall the coupons and deals on Slice make it super worth it!

We stopped here after leaving the airport to head back upstate. It was 15 minutes to closing but the owner and workers were very accommodating and the food was delicious. They told us to take our time. Everything was fresh and what I wanted- NY pizza. The sauce is also amazing and one of the best I have ever had.

Much better pizza then that place on Broadway. Their crust is crusty and chewy on the inside not dry and crumbly. They also have delicious toppings and not all of that grease cheaper places have.

I was originally going to Broadway Pizza which is around the corner but decided to stop here. When I walked in I noticed it was very clean and welcoming and customer service was amazing. I then ordered fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken that was made in a timely manner and tasted perfect l. Chicken was well seasoned and had the right amount of Alfredo sauce. I will be returning again.

A coworker recommended Venice and I popped in to day for an outgoing order. Chicken Parm wedge was deelish... best I've had in years. Chicken was pounded thin, the sauce was just right and the bread was fresh and amazing. I'll definitely be back to try their pizza.

Felt compelled to review after seeing extremely stupid review below saying pizza is too thin. The pizza here is thin as it should be. Tates great. Most pizza has thicker heavier dough. If you are looking for a good slice of pizza, this is your place.

All I can speak for is their Pan Pizza and boy is it delicious! It has the perfect amount of seasoning and garlic! Would def recommend trying it! It’s become a pizza staple in my house!

This is the best pizza in White Plains and under new management. I order from here at least 1 to 2 times a week. Fast delivery. Highly recommend!!!! Aside from the pizza being so so good, the new owner is extremely nice. Try the grandma pie! It's the bomb!!! Just ordered 3 for last minute house guests. Everyone loved it. Order!!!

We visited Venice Pizza last night and was surprised to see that this establishment is now under new ownership. Well the pizza was very crispy and the service was excellent! Vincent and his staff were very inviting and we will surely be returning soon.

New management doing something right! Pizza was hot and fresh-tasting. The bbq chicken was sweet and smokey. Enjoyed it very much after many months.

We ordered the Focaccia Sicilian Pizza for the family last night and its was delicious. Just the right blend of tomatoes, garlic, basil and parmesan cheese. The crust was thick and crispy. Everyone loved it! We will be making Venice our new "go to" pizzeria.

I had a large order for my daughter's birthday. We ordered 20 pizzas and wanted them on a Sunday before their regular opening time. There was no hesitation to help us. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with being such a large request. The pizza was fantastic! This is now our regular pizza place now, thank you!

Stopped in here randomly as I was working in the area. The owner Giulio is the absolute nicest guy ever. And he's a NY Jets fan! I got a couple slices including the Arrabbiata slice which had homemade vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella. Best slice I've ever had. Highly recommended!
