Highly recommend for a stay for visitors. The place is very calm & quite, very easy to access for a Safari at Habarana. The rooms are in perfect condition with all the facilities & the Owner himself is a friendly one & has gave us a great support.

There are 3 Rooms which are in good condition and they are newly built. However there is no value for money, we were 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids but but they gave a double bed room which is not enough at all. Also there is no view in the hotel, there are few coconut trees, not like the name says swan lake. The breakfast was good and tasty.

Fantastic place in Habarana. Calm place with very good facilities. Rooms and washrooms are super clean. Host (Mr. Kalhara) is very friendly and helpful person. They served a delicious Breakfast. Highly recommended place.

Swan Lake is the best place to stay if you are going to Habarana. We stayed there for 3 days. The rooms are very clean, spacious and furnished with modern wooden furniture. Among them, the bed is special. During our stay we visited Sigiriya, Pidurangala and Ritigala. And the owner, Mr. Kalhara, organized a Minnerya National Park safari and a village tour for a reasonable price. And the breakfast was very tasty and had a lot of things. We will come again. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience. Was a very calm and quite place. Being very close to habarana town, was very convenient. Rooms were large enough and very clean. Kalhara, who runs the place is a very nice guy.
