I had to wait wait approximately 3 hours to take a drug screen. I couldn’t hear the staff at the front desk calling the names of the customers due to the loud socializing taking place in the waiting room. There were a group of people standing and socializing as if they owned the establishment and there was a man who made at least 30 business related phone calls all on speaker phone right next to me. They need to post signage for people to be quiet in the waiting room or go outside to handle personal business. On a positive note the young lady that finally helped me was very apologetic and was very professional.

The ladies in the front were very friendly and welcoming. Came in for pre employment drug test, didn’t wait long. However the nurse who collected the specimen was very rude. Just had a very unpleasant stank disposition. Caucasian lady 40’s heavy makeup and glasses. Definitely not in the right field if she doesn’t know how to interact with people without the attitude.

I made an appointment and arrived on time and after waiting about 2 hours and seeing people come in and get called back, I informed the ladies at the front desk that I had a 1030 appointment and one of them told me that work comp patient and walk-in have priority as if I was asking to be seeing for free and to made to feel like your less than human. Than I asked why give appointment if it means nothing?

Everyone was super nice. I was there for like 3 hours for a drug test and physical that lasted no more than 10 minutes, however they were super busy and their online system they use shut down while I was there. I had to fill out the paperwork twice but other than that the experience was decent. The building is decently clean, nothing special but also nothing concerning or upsetting to see. Thanks!

I was a walk-in at this facility. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. The check-in process is done via email or text link. My wait was just shy of one hour. The exam was done in a timely manner. I received a flu shot as part of the visit. It was so quick, I barely felt it, and I didn't need a bandaid. My arm is not sore like it usually is after a flu shot. Everyone there was professional and friendly. I recommend them for your occupational health needs.

The staffs were very friendly and kind! They made me feel at ease and guided me through the whole appointment. However, the wait time after I filled out the initial documents they gave me was so long and it was just for checking my information and it wasn’t busy either cause there weren’t a lot of patients. Other than that my appointment went smoothly. I love the staffs but please do something about the wait time.

Total time at Concentra was 1.5 hours for an annual work physical. Staff was courteous. They were organized and knowledgeable for the first time in several years. I appreciated the improvements they made to achieve first-time quality! Keep up the good work!

I have worked in healthcare for 20 years. I am going to give a detailed review because this facility has a great atmosphere it is absolutely beautiful on the inside. They are definitely modernized with a virtually completely digital check in process. However, the front desk staff (with the exception of one young lady) was horrible! This was my first time to the facility and I was a little apprehensive from the start because of the rudeness I had experienced when calling to verify and setup my appointment. My first encounter was equally unpleasant with the lady who I first approached was short tempered and rolled her eyes throughout our entire interaction. I had a little difficulty getting signed in PRIMARILY because she neglected to explain that I was supposed to complete the sign in on my phone in order to be placed in queue. The Second staff member who called me up because she realized I wasn’t signed in correctly was much more professional and friendly. Once signed in correctly the wait time was a little longer than I felt it should’ve been given I was only there for a PPD placement. The medical staff who placed my PPD was excellent. She was professional, friendly, experienced, and even happy! She definitely made my experience 100% more positive and achieved the 3 star rating because it would’ve been a 0-1 star. I left the clinic thinking to myself “they shouldn’t hide the personable staff in the back of the clinic.” In all honesty if I would’ve been paying for this visit I would’ve asked to see a Director and complained in person. But I was sent here through my employer so I let it go. I have to go back today to get my PPD read and I hope this is a better experience.
