Apparently this cookout is only good when you don’t go at night? To the light skin girl named Kayla working drive thru if you hate your job and the customers so much why not find another one?? You had to change the topping on a milkshake so what??? You and the dude in the back can find another job. Stop taking up space from the people that actually wanna work. It’s a shame cause this location used to be top tier now y’all hire anybody. Below is a big double burger with everything on it… except there’s hardly anything on it.

Traveling from Ohio and my nephew and I heard rave reviews about this place. We absolutely loved the food and the prices. Trey was really friendly and provided us with great customer service. Thanks so much cookout team!

This is the worst cookout I have ever been to! It was around 10pm so maybe they don't care about their late night service. We had two separate orders made via the drive thru. We kept having to repeat what we said and at one point, we thought the person left. My family and I mainly went for milkshakes but some of us also got food. Which was not up to par. My cajun chicken sandwich was more like chicken jerky. The worst was the milkshakes. When they handed us our milkshakes, they had no idea what flavor they were handing us. We had to open each lid to try and guess and some we even had to hand back so they could figure it out. Some we ended up having to sample because no one could figure it out. What should've been milkshakes were melted and not even blended together! I ordered a peach cobbler milkshake and what I received was melted vanilla ice cream with a huge clump of banana at the bottom. 🤢 Out of our 7 milkshakes, not one was the consistency it was supposed to be, as in, not melted and only 2 were blended and drinkable. I usually don't have high expectations whenever I go to a cookout but this location was beyond low expectations. I don't think I will be visiting again.

The OnLY thing it had going for them is that they were open. This is and was the final attempt to actually enjoy the Cookout at this location. They have two digital clocks doing countdowns making them even more rushed and short with you. Cheese on the burgers we specifically asked not to. Less food than what we paid for, receipts proof. There is never a decent attitude only very negative and downright rude. Even though we tried very hard to just win them with kindness. It didn't work. Sadly the food is good. You just never know what food you are going to get. Definitely don't go to this location if you have any dietary restrictions.

This is literally one of the best corn dogs I’ve ever had. Also this orange creamsicle milkshake is so good; it’s super thick (almost too thick, it’s really hard to drink from a straw). It was very crowded with a bunch of other teens (probably after a football game or something) when I went but they still got my food and shake out pretty quick in the drive thru line and it was delicious!!

So when can I come get the big double burger I paid for? Completely left out the burger, also the employees were inside arguing with each other when I pulled up to the window.

Visiting from out of town and cook out was one of few options available since it was late. The food was not the issue but that rude little girl in drive thru needs to re trained on the values of customer service. Had a slight issue with our order, but with that type of customer service we didn’t want to deal with it that late.

The food is good. The employees are not so good. Like everywhere customer service is dead. But somehow they take it to the highest level. They never have any bags. So they give you one item at a time. Then one more. Another. Yet another. Another. Very strange that it never occurred to them that no bag is a big hassle. They look bewildered when you ask for a bag. No bags. Management are you not ordering bags? They seem to have a new staff which is a huge improvement over the one guy who used to make jokes about messing with the food orders. Thankfully. After I learned he was gone I returned after many months of avoiding the university drive location. Burgers are great. The cheese bites are too delicious and the price is reasonable. Overall decent with the right people

1st time here we had no idea what to expect since we were from out of town. My son suggested it. It's like an American food version of maybe a taco bell with pricing? We ordered the treasures where you pick your meal then two sides and a drink. The strawberry cheese cake milk shake was amazing. I didn't know what to order so i asked the employee what he would order and he was great and his suggestions of cheese burger, cheddar curds and bacon wrap were awesome! I wish we had one in NY.

Very good burgers at a very inexpensive price. We literally ate there like 3 times last week 😆. (Only And I love their milkshakes, but I think the best part of this place is the staff!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming:) I only wish that they were one of the options on UberEats, Grubhub or DoorDash!

I visited Cookout tonight and was amazed by one of the employees....Holly. She took my order and was very well spoken. Before ordering she informed me that they were out of several items ...apologized and said hopefully it wouldn't happen again. Overall the experience was was very impressive and pleasurable!! 5 stars and the sun!!!!

It's a fast food burger / BBQ place with inside dining, drive through, etc., Etc... But it's way above all the others with quality of food and selection. Far more side choices than fries like delicious onion rings, cheese nuggets, hush puppies, Cole slaw. Meals aren't served in a bag but rather a styrofoam 'to go' plate with large portions. I ordered 2 meals, a BBQ sandwich and 2 corn dogs, 4 sides and soft drink and milk shake all for less than $18! There's really no reason to go to any other burger joint if Cook Out is close by !

Tasty food but they definitely need to upgrade or fix the speakers on their menu boards, they constantly have to ask people to repeat themselves. Also ordered a shake a few weeks ago and it wasn’t fully mixed, had a lot of reeses at the bottom of the cup.

Food was fast and fresh. Counter rep was friendly and courteous. And most important she got our order correct. We had corndogs and the chicken tender tray. Will definitely return

I find that BarBQ sandwich to be DELICIOUS. Today, was my 3rd time. BBQ with slaw and hot sauce. However. the cost is high for the size of the sandwich. ..small bun..$4.99

Love going to a place that you can listen to worship music and see verses from the Bible on a cup. Excellent food and service too.

Went to buy shakes for the family. They are good but service was not. Talking through the box, the person taking the order was not clear in speaking or the box is bad. 4 shakes were not labeled, just handed to us out the window. Lastly dis not wNt to provide a receipt.

I would rate it lower, but it's a cook out. They serve you fast, high calorie, low portion food. It tastes like any other fast food place, it's cheap, and they have pretty good milkshakes.

Okay last Thursday I came here to get my son a double cheeseburger tray at the drive thru. The girl that was taking my order she was rude, rushing me and all. But when I got to the window she looked so I looked. I guess she knew not to come back to the window plus her nails was extremely long and nasty looking. Besides that the food was good. I wish I knew who the dark skinned girl at the drive thru name. So I could report her behind.
