    This Starbucks locations has probably been the one I have visited the most over my relationship started with them back in 2013. I became a gold member instantly and still am one as of today. I watched so many changes with the franchise. Some good and some bad. Worst con is the reward points expiring along with the high price of adding extras shots and questioning if they really had been added. Best pro is that its coffee and it taste good!

    I was in the area for a few days on vacation. Each day I got my Starbucks fix from this location. It was really some of the best mocha I have ever had! Each day it was delicious and perfectly made. The baristas were very friendly and you were always greeted several times when entering the store. I ordered in the app once, and my drink was ready and waiting. My wait was short when I ordered in store. Definitely recommend this location.

    I always get phenomenal service from this place. Full drinks, smiles, cheery voices, etc. I'm giving 4 stars due to this one particular morning (today 10/5). My order was a Tall Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew. I picked it up, set it in my cup holder and was on my way to work. I get to work, carry it inside and realize a fourth is missing. I know it didn't spill in my car. I was disappointed as this has never happened. I normally don't post petty things like this but it was $5 plus at the end of the morning, I at least expect a full cup. But other than this one little mess up, these guys are AMAZING ❤

    Earnest, hardworking employees. It's the campus Starbucks so expect a lot of customers. This, in addition to a busy drive-through service. Some minor gripes from me about not filling my Venti cup full but I wonder if that's the foam portion of my order. Lack of tables but, again, students love this place.

    Getting work done in this Starbucks is a JOY! The staff is so friendly and everyone is in a great mood. I'm writing this review in the middle of working because the staff just received a large order and while working on it, the manger just screamed, "You're all doing a fantastic job!" I wish all bossed were this uplifting and motivating. Great vibes!!!

    Everyone here is so kind, organized and hard working. I live out of town but was visiting for the week. After my 3rd visit to the store they already recognized us and our orders. (Shout out to Taylor 👏🏼) Best Starbucks experience I’ve had

    I never write reviews but this Starbucks deserved one. I told them I was having a terrible week and asked the barista to write a joke on my cup and it made my day! His co-workers were also so kind to me at the window. Wish I would have gotten their names!

    At 9:30 I arrived without pre- ordering my drink. There were about 5 cars ahead of me. The line moved fast, and when I got to the microphone and menu, I was promptly greeted. I regret that I am bad with names, but I believe that the young lady who took my order, took my money, and handed me my drink was new. Someone behind her was reassuring her that she was doing a great job. I agree. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend the refresher, they are great.

    I was close to this location and decided to order here. I placed my order online when I arrived to pick it up it was not ready yet(20 minutes later) The service here is completely a disaster. I think the barista cleaned the coffee maker and that water was she gave me as my order of two coffees. It really was disgusting. I have never tasted such unpleasant coffee in my life. I lost my money and my time. Never come back here.

    Skipped over my order. Drive Thru is priority. Explained to the girl at cash register how I wanted my coffee. Just so they could give it to me plain. Where is Coffee Bean when you need it 😢

    More often than not when I come to this location my drink is filled completely to the brim with ice. I didn’t pay $7 for a venti to take literally 5 sips of it and be done. I’m sure drink recipes are standardized and that is for a reason.

    Absolutely ridiculous! I stopped in on my way to work this morning to get a coffee and breakfast. I could tell it was a little busier when I came in but originally there was only 5 people waiting in line and not a terribly huge drive thru line so I went in to order. Almost 30 minutes later, my iced drink was made wrong and given to me hot. After having to wait for 30 minutes on top of people that ordered after me receiving their items before me, I was very disappointed as I’ve never had any other situation here before. I understand things pick up around the holidays with holiday drinks but there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason for this

    This store is fast and friendly! What more could you ask for? I pulled in and the line was almost to the street but I waited less than 10 minutes at most. Lauren at the window made the experience 10/10 by being so kind and up beat! She was able to be attentive, engaging and quick even with a long line behind me. Thank you!

    Could be the person working the drive through is having a rough day…but charging for items that are out of stock, after already informing us that they didn’t have them…and then being rude when returning the money to my Starbucks card along with purposely “dropping” the receipt for us but not the one she needed me to sign for the refund 🤦🏻‍♀️. I don’t mind paying the prices but I expect common decency when I’m there, that’s not too much to ask 🙄

    I might be a bit biased since I live like 5 mins from this location? But service is usually spot on…I get in and out no issues. I tend to order the egg box a lot on work days in the office. It usually tastes good, drinks are good, staff is friendly. Especially at like 5 am??? It’s why I tend to go here instead of Dunkin across the street.

    I have a Starbucks within walking distance of me (5 mins walk). They haven't had sugar-free vanilla in months & don't know if they will get anymore. So, I have to either travel here or go across the street to new coffee shop.

    The service needs serious attention. Just because you have pink hair, doesnt mean you can take an order or make a coffee. If you wear a mask and refuse to touch a card for payment, do you sterilize cash before you touch the tip jar?

    Went there after going to one 10 minutes away, 100000/10 on customer service, very friendly, caught any mistake and fixed w no problem and a smile and mistake was literally very minor. Drinks were done to perfection I HONESTLY WISH I COULD OF TIPPED THE CASHIER 😩😩 Jenna( I hope that’s her name ) thank you for the wonderful experience today! You deserve a promotion girl!

    Waited 30 minutes for an app order 2 hot drinks. The kids are nice but generally flaking out. Two were working hard and fast like actual Starbucks employees. This location needs a strong manager to get them on par. It wasn’t the first time this happened. Something about this location since 2020. It gets better and then flops again.

    How hard is it to get it right? I go through the drive thru and ask for a breve latte with two Splenda. I take a drink and absolutely no sweetener was put in. I then go back through the drive thru and through the intercom, ask for two Splenda and a stir stick. I get there, they say, here are you Splenda, give them to me and after thanking her, I drive off. But when I looked at what she gave, it wasn't Splenda, but two sugar packets and one had already been torn open and I got sugar spilled all over the passenger seat.

    Second time I received my coffee in a faulty cup where the top comes off without force and spills all over, coffee filled to brim so definitely would have gotten burnt but I caught it in time. It is evident th cups edges will not grip a top not sure why they would even give this and the top literally did not fit smh.

    Awesome customer service! **All staff members greeted me before I made it to the ordering counter, even the drive-thru person** kudos!! I wanted to buy more because of this but it was a quarter to six in the morning, I was dressed like a bum and all I needed was a cup of my favorite Christmas blend.
