    The staff there hate their jobs and made my children and I extremely uncomfortable today with the treatment they provided… I paid $40 per physical for both of my teenage sons to be released to play football and they wanted to order an ekg on them dispute their vitals being normal after a physical performance assessment…because I refused to pay $35 extra dollars for an unnecessary ekg which isn’t good for their body if their vitals are normal they wouldn’t sign off on my childrens physical.. they wouldn’t give me discharge information stating that an ekg was mandatory to complete their physical the receptionist then called the police when I asked for the discharge information I was told by the police I couldn’t come to this location because the receptionist didn’t want to provide me with discharge information… I didn’t receive a refund nor did they provide me with a completed physical for my children…it’s so sad that people go to work with a horrible attitude just to make others feel their depression I’m gonna say a prayer for the receptionist j savage because mentally I know she’s suffering and needs Hod more than ever right now! Have a wonderful day j savage praying that you get a job you love one day so that you won’t have to make others feel bad just to feel important 🫶🏽my review is accurate I have witnesses of this visit I know you would like to protect the integrity of your business. The customer service needs to be evaluated and corrected your staff shouldn’t treat people the way I was treated it was so obvious that you have staff that aren’t representing your business well I have contacted the board on my visit to your facility and it will be reported to the bbb because there’s no way customers should be treated this way imagine if I was sick do you think that I would choose this facility?… no. people deserve better care and I posted a honest review on my experience there is no need to reach out to you with an email being that you will choose to believe whatever your staff told you . this business should in fact be reported for the lack of servicing people with integrity that are in need of immediate care ! I will tell the truth at all times! I will in fact remove this review if I’m serviced with integrity and tell the truth about my experience

    What has happened to the care in America. I walk in with more than time to be seen and get turned away. If you do not take walk-ins, do not have it on your sign. In addition to that, the lady sitting at the front was not helpful! The is the second attempt to go to I Peachtree Immediate and I will never be back to one. Terrible customer service.

    Received excellent service and care from both the front desk attendant and the NP that saw me. I needed some assistance with the appointment I made and the kind young woman at the front desk was so helpful. The NP took time and listened to my concerns thoroughly, offering her thoughtful feedback. My heart rate was elevated and I was concerned. Turned out I still had a low grade fever. I have had overall very positive experiences here. Thank you!

    I came here to be seen for a minor issue the receptionist was dry and uninviting. While checking me in she was on FaceTime etc Also I felt violated with other patients sitting in the lobby that she would ask me aloud “What brings you in today?” When I made the appointment online I typed reason for visit! I will never go to this location again and I’m thinking about filing a complaint!!! I’m more so disappointed that she’s a woman of color. Do better and show compassion for others definitely when you’re in healthcare!!!

    I signed in online for a particular time and was seen initially within 15 minutes and was completely finished in less than an hour. Providers were professional and knowledgeable but unable to do a minor procedure. Equipment looked new/well maintained. My only concern was lack of soundproofing between exam rooms.

    Facility very clean, chairs far apart. Receptionist very courteous and thorough. Intake person very respectful and professional. Health, re person discussed my situation, suggested options. Did a lab test with results less than 5 minutes later. Several prescriptions sent in to pharmacy. Discussed what to do if my condition does not improve. Thanked me for using their facility.

    The location was clean, staff was nice and friendly. The doctor helped me with all of my needs and best of all, I was only there about a hour and a half! Coming here definitely beats trying to go to the hospital where wait times can be 5 hours.

    I was a bit disappointed when I walked in like the ad and internet say you can only to find out they were only taking appointments. They were backed up. It was about 1130. I made an appointment for 145. Got there right at 1:45. Did about 10 minutes worth of paperwork and was called back within 10 minutes. That was perfect. Very attentive, thorough competent, professional, staff. The receptionist was professional and courteous, and thanked me on my way out. I was told what to do and what not to do and I can breathe again thank you so much. I have a follow appointment with my primary care provider who recommended that I go to urgent care. Luckily, I chose the right Urgent Care Peachtree. You definitely will be a recommendation for anybody who needs care and can’t get in to their Primary care provider.

    Reasonable wait, excellent listening and communication; comprehensive examination and discussion about my injuries and what was and what was not necessary to delve further into and/or treat at home. Compassionate, intelligent, thorough, and efficient. Nice people, too.

    Minor surgery to drain an infected cyst & felt better almost immediately. I felt no pain the day after. Exercised appropriate caution when it comes to further infection & easy to understand instructions for expedition of healing. Although I had an appt, I had to wait ~40min, but it was worth it. I was there a total of 2H, which is completely reasonable for any surgical procedure, regardless how minor.

    The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk admin, the nurse who took my vitals, and the PA explain the processes clearly and were very helpful to my entire family. They eased my son’s usual nervousness during medical appointments also!

    First time using urgent care and was very pleased with this facility. I was a walk-in yet was served in just under an hour. The facility is immaculate, the staff professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to family and friends who needed such services.

    Was able to hold my spot online and registration paperwork was quick and easy (also appreciated the mental health questions given the mental health epidemic). Also wanted to give a shout out to the receptionist for being patient, kind and resourceful to a person who came in that did't speak english (found a translation service to use via phone to communicate - and was compassionate). The PA I saw was thorough and effective in sharing my diagnosis. Will be back if I need to.

    DO NOT GO! I recently visited this past weekend and we informed the nurse as well as notated on our paperwork that we were allergic to PENICILLIN and the doctor prescribed AMOXICILLIN! We were just told they were prescribing antibiotics and to go pick up the medication. When we realized this is in the same family and you CAN NOT take this medication if you are allergic to penicillin, we called the urgent care. They gave us a new prescription and we asked if they would cover the cost since the first one was at fault of their own. They said the pharmacy should have caught that and wanted to put the blame on them. When I stated, “Well you guys mis-prescribed the medication first so shouldn’t you all cover it?” She didn’t want to answer and advised me to talk with billing. Now I am trying to get more information and I was just on hold for 1 1/2 HOURS because they recognize our numbers but when I call from a different number, they answer. They have now proven they don’t want to help or even answer the phone. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand how it can be however when you are in the wrong as a company, you all should be held responsible. I am severely disappointed and will be getting in contact with someone in order to rectify their mistakes and now purposeful avoidance.
