Great church. Lots of visitors pass through and the staff and father are very accommodating. Location is right off freeway and is located very close to center of atlanta. Church validates parking for church goers. Security guard on site is friendly and has been working at church more than 15 years. 2 bathrooms for parish use. Beautiful building outside and in, currently trying to fund money to repair the church spires it seems. The stainglass is beautiful as well.

This is a welcoming Catholic church in downtown Atlanta. Although a visitor, we attend Mass here when we travel to, or even through, Atlanta. I was surprised to see a diverse crowd for a Friday noon Mass. I typically park in a paid lot nearby because we will be eating somewhere after Mass, and I don't want to take up their limited parking. And a note to that, I say park where there is an "arm." Avoid surface lots that might boot your car even if you pay.

Ushers and usherettes will accomodate you to your designated seat, 6 ft. apart is strictly observed but you can seat beside your friend or family in a row assigned just for you. Ambiance is really peaceful and the church is clean ans well preserved. Parking gets occupied fast, but there's a pay parking located at the back of the church and your ticket will be validated after the mass. God Bless.

Amazing parish in the heart of downtown. Currently a lector here and the staff/volunteers are great to work with. The church also validated parking in the back lot. Love coming here.

I had to go to the Social Security office and noticed from the map that this church was nearby. So I took the 3 minute walk here. I’ve lived in Atlanta a long time but never came. It’s beautiful! I did not attend mass but I’m glad I saw the beauty.

This welcoming church is located about a block from the Marriott Marquis. The interior of the church is artistic and beautifully maintained. The sermon pierced my heart and I thanked the priest afterward. There is a parking lot at the church and attendees have validated parking.

My wife and I attend this church back in 1973, while I was station at Fort McPherson. We really enjoyed the mass service and the priest. We have some fond memories of our time in Atlanta. We are planning to visit the basilica soon for our 50th wedding anniversary.

Beautiful basilica in Atlanta! The Church is both cozy and magnificent. If you are around Atlanta, I recommend to check out their Church and Mass! May God bless you all. Peace be with you.

Myself and a couple of friends not from the area were able to experience a Saturday Mass at this basilica. Very warm and inviting people. It had the atmosphere that I really love for a good church. Yes there are cathedrals and other things around but this building is 125 years old and beautiful. It's somewhat plain painting on the outside betrays the beauty of the inside. But what's more important to me is the atmosphere of faith contained within those walls. A big thank you to the welcoming myself and my friends had on our visit. 10 of 10 one of the places I would visit again.

Gorgeous, traditional church in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Diverse congregation and beautiful, ornate details inside. The pulpit is raised and unique. Small enough to feel comfortable as a visitor. Everyone was welcoming.

A beautiful church. Lots of history. Was built by the Marists in 1897. Right next door was the Marist School which was relocated to it's present location off of Ashford Dunwoody Road in the early '60s.
