Small hospital. Internal atmosphere is not good. Hygiene problem. Staff are non cooperative.

Thirdclass hospital. Killed my mother who was admitted in covid ICU. Specially the chest specialist Doctor Snehasish Karmakar who pretened to be very kind to patients which is not at all.Knowing my mother sever condition they didnt informed the patient party and taken the charges of 50000 everyday along with unnecessary and excessive medical charges .They dont even accept mediclaim.

My wife was admitted in this hospital for 5 days. The support we got from the front desk is really commendable. Doctors and every other staffs were very supportive..thank you.

The treatment was very good...they hv solved very critical cases which had come up during the second wave of covid..the set up is small but everything is within your reach..special thanks to Dr.Karmakar for his dedication,Mr.Atul Singh for providing all requisite services whenever needed and Dr.Jena for being so helpful and considerate...my father was extremely critical but was treated well here and today he has recovered partially and is recovering...they have all equipments to support the covid critical cases... Few suggestions would be to please hv the CT Scan facility in the hospital itself so that patients need not go out of the hospital for this..secondly the imrovement of the quality of food is imperative. Employees at the reception should be a little more trained and should be a lil more empathetic towards all patient parties pls... But nevertheless all thanks to BNI..for all they hv done which has largely contributed to my father's recovery

Best Neuro and trauma centre in North 24 parganas, Microscopic Neuro surgery and General Services also available.. Excellent emergency service, and IPD serice with outstanding medical equipments. Dr. Manaranjan Jena sir is a god of Neurological treatment. Staffs and management are very much co-operative here.

I had a highly positive experience with BNI, as they provided invaluable assistance during a crucial period. Dr. Manaranjan Jena and Dr. Amartya Das, in particular, were exceptionally helpful, always available for support even during nighttime phone calls.

They contacted 25,000 for OT but did not do OT.....Took more than 25,000. It is very bad.

I admitted my patient here. There is more service or management than these and the biggest thing is that the use of doctor is very good. I have benefited a lot by admitting my patient here Tq B.N.I
