My family and I have been looking for an affordable place when we were told about Windrush in NFM! We very much enjoyed working with them, everything was clean and the residents all had great things to say. The manager Lara made this entire process easy and enjoyable. She was very welcoming and made my family and I feel appreciated and like we deserved to find a good place! Very pleased with Windrush and will definitely recommend it to others. (We also found our new apartment!)

Stopped by the property to give Lara Chridsphonte my business card And to see if they needed an air-conditioning tech company. She took the time to sit down with me and my tech and made us very comfortable and hopefully we will be able to do business in the future. Regardless I was very impressed with her style and how professional she treated and greeted us.

I want to thank the Lara for being so attentive and answering all my questions and for taking the time to show me the available units. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me due to the size I am in need of but if it would've been the ideal situation for me I definitely would have signed a lease here. I have been doing business with Lara for many years. I am one of her vendors. I work for Rite Rug flooring. She is a very professional property manager & an extremely nice person. I love doing business with her, I wish all my customers were as personable as Lara. I hope you never get rid of her!!

Moved here 4 months ago with my Mom in Unit 8 and we could not be happier. Lara helped us by not only working with us until we got our finances together but also helped on the day that we moved in when our truck broke down. She is really a great property manager.!!!!

Have been looking for an affordable place in a safe neighborhood when I stumbled at Windrush today. The development was super clean and the residents that I met spoke highly of the development. I also met with Laura the manager who was so pleasant. Had it not been for the price, I would have rented right away. Hoping to find a roommate so that I can maybe afford to share a two unit in the near future.
