Unassuming motel by the river looks a bit uninviting outside but the rooms were absolutely clean, spacious, and super quiet. And that's all that matters. Staff was very helpful and accommodating

Some of the tenants were a bit undesirable. At least the tenants kept to themselves. My stay was quiet I didn't have any issues on my room was clean

Looks run down on the outside, but i was surprised how clean and modern looking how the inside looks big props to house keeping and design crew!

Good value, not far from nightlife yet far enough to be quiet. Mornings you can see sunrise over the river. Little smelly when you get into the room. It's a motel after all.

While, although extremely affordable, the reviews made it seem like this was the steal of a lifetime. This is is a very good place... For $40 we paid. Expect tenants living in rooms, expect an overall beat-up room despite renovated in the past few years. The floor was never cleaned and amenities are pretty much zero.

This hotel is old and dated. My room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. There are zero amenities. Last minute reservation was the best price in the area.

This place looked very different from the photos. It appeared run down and dirty. Our check in time was 3pm but there is no office, only a walk up window with a door bell to ring. We tried ringing the bell and calling the number but never could get anyone to come to the window so we found other accommodations. I'm very thankful we paid extra for the cancellation ability.

I unfortunately had to leave my residence in a hasty and unplanned manner... Then while booking another hotel... I got scammed and lost almost all the money I had... These wonderful people were the only ones that would help me... Thanks to the wonderful staff...

The rooms are being renovated, it's looking great but they forget or looks like they gave up on detail in the bathroom

Checked in right after running away from Travelodge like it was on fire! This place is a little older but at least they swept the walkways and the room it very clean and seems like it was redone within the last few years. The manager was very nice, accommodating and helpful.

Pretty good so far!!! Nice quiet area. The room is very clean. Nice bathroom. Nothing too fancy. Very good value for the money ($100/night) on Memorial day weekend.

The room was a little beat up but obviously recently refreshed. The king mattress was SO SO comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I’d gladly stay there again. Good value for the money. My only wish would have been a coffee maker.

The first time I went, I thought it was decent for the price. The river view was pretty nice. The second time, the room was not good. I asked for a different room and they did accommodate. However, they did not return my deposit. There was no reason not to do so. I didn’t take or damage anything. I called and they said someone would get back to me and never did.

Cleanest.Well-planned.Courteous Management. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

Not only were the office people sweet awesome and caring and respectful we had two kids with us I'm pregnant myself there's a beautiful say the rooms were very nice up teeth the lady came by and delivered toilet paper and towels every morning if you had any problems you can go talk to them and they will take care of it immediately so busy during the weekends like most motels but they keep that most of us come out that's what Red Roof is it for cute little Garden on the outside by the owner nice breeze quiet Greyhound price close to the river food whatever you might need my kids and I love staying here I have no issues had no issues with the return deposit and if I did I guarantee I could call and they take care of it immediately you just got to talk to him overall I could wish I could give it 10 Stars
