You would not expect to find this gem hidden back in this little cut, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of u.s 41! What a beautiful park! There are 2 tennis courts, 2 gated dog areas, 2 covered picnic bench areas, grills for cooking, a restroom, play ground with equipment for children, and a wide open grassy area. It is clean and very well kept. Take your family and or your pets, it's a wonderful park!

Great place for dogs to have fun and exercise. Plenty of room to move around and the owners so far are friendly and keep tabs on their dogs. Really nice and quiet area and there is a restroom nearby if needed.

I grew up going to this park for family and/or church picnics. It had a big field to run and play soccer or football. The dog park is a plus for our furbabies. Two pavilions for gatherings and bathrooms. But it has changed since then. Now the open fields have 2 tennis courts with some space to throw a ball around. I still LOVE it because the playground is naturally shaded by big trees and we have had it all to ourselves. No worries about distancing or bumping into others.

Brought my small dog here for the first time. Really nice area.some people did leave behind their dogs poop but all in all clean and big enough for my Cooper. He was the only small dog so he had the entire area to himself.

Nice quiet uncrowded park . The playground was fun for all 3 of the children I brought with me ages 3 ,9 and 11. The tennis courts are nice and there is a nice grassy area to put a blanket down and lay in the shade. Dogs are allowed too.

Okay park. Has a play set, dog area, tennis courts, and parking but rather small. I probably won't go back, but not terrible.

Really nice dog park! Separate fenced areas for large and small dogs. There is shade, lawn chairs, and several buckets full of water. To top it off, there is a concrete pad, hose, and bucket for washing your dog! There is a fountain, shaded parking area, doggy bags, and a human restroom.

A quiet park with a caged dog friendly park next to it. It has swings, seesaw, rock climbing, monkey bars, slides, and a few more things for your kids to play with. I would like to see more police officers in the area as the playground is secluded near a residential area. I did see a few homeless folks camping out, although they were very friendly. They made small talk and kept to themselves afterwards. All in all great park to visit if it's near your location but nothing to extravagant.

Great little park, we love this place. It's not well known so it's never really busy. Lots of shade, kiddie playground nice cushy mulch in case they fall down. Has dog park with separate sides for large or small dogs, has tennis court and if you have a canoe there is a small unmarked canoe slip behind the tennis court where u can slide a small canoe into the surrounding channels.

Needs shade for the playground so it's not so hot for the kids to play on everything. Didn't realize there was water at the end of the grass which made me nervous for gators. No signs posted neither. But over all good park. My dog loves it too!!

The old ladies that come in the morning with their dogs are horrible! They are rude, mean, and think only their dogs belong there. They didn’t like my response to their demeanor. Their dogs are aggressive then try and blame it on your dog when he is just trying to mind his business. I asked for the one lady (with very long red hair on the right of the included pic) who has a Pomeranian to back up and give me my space and she threatened to pepper spray me and my dog! I will never return!!!! She then comes back 20 min later saying she reported me and screamed obscenities at me while my dog was playing fine with another dog that had joined by that time. They were just mad I stood up for myself and took it all way too far!!!!!

First time at the Pooch Park with my 1 year old Yorkie, my dog was so happy playing with all the big dogs, they gang up on him, my poor dog I had him in the big dog section. Thanks to the gentleman that told me of the little dog section, that was awesome, can’t wait to take him back.

Dogs are aggressive, my dogs were attacked within seconds of entering the dog park. The owners said it wa sour problem and nothing can be done since it has happened before. Be aware

Very quiet and lovely this little part you can almost say was a hidden gem ! tennis courts to canal access, bathrooms and even a dog park right beside their baseball , field makes this little park ideal for family outings ,barbecues, birthday, parties ,even just for an afternoon out with your kids. the playground leave your little ones tuckered out when you leave . From the wildlife you can feed in the friends you can make, my family has a great time and every time we visit.... We absolutely love this part and we enjoy it all the time..

This is a really nice dog park and offers lots of shade for the large dog part of it. There is a separate area for small dogs. It does not look to be as shaded.

My American Staffordshire and I love this place. It brings the good out in your dog having them interact and play with other dogs. Keeps their health and social skills in check. This dog park provides plenty of water, space to run and shade.

Community park has been there all 50 yrs I've lived in North Fort Myers. An Excellant place for daytime family gatherings. Kid safe playground immediately next to pavilion, has charcoal grills , tennis courts, dog park area (tho not quite large enough on weekends) ample trash cans, & rest rooms.

For the tennis enthusiast. This park has four tennis courts that were in great shape when my wife and I played on them in February of 2022.

Plenty of shade, playground equipment in good condition, plenty of room for picnic. There are a few dog walking areas for large and small dogs. The squirrels are not afraid of people and will take food off your plate. (STOP feeding the squirrels.) No restroom facilities nearby, not good for a playground with kids that just ate lunch...

Nice little dog park with good shade, water availablefor dogs, cleanup bags, etc. Good alternative for people in Cape Coral who don't want to have to buy a Dog Park Pass from the city 🙄

Please I hope the park's management can keeps all those creepy homeless people out there. They only go to smoke "Maria-juana" and cigarettes all they long and others visitors can't use the tables because they are in the place since open to close.

The kids, my other half, my grandfather and I have a great time when we come here. Sometimes just to get out of the house for a walk and to use the playground. Then, sometimes its to play tennis and then theres the times when we bring our shitzu and he loves the small dog play area(they also have a big dog play area too)but this is where he can go off leash and play his heart out with other dogs his own size but please dont bring mean dogs that bite it really kills the awesome buzz that this park has! But, the one and only issue i have is that one potty doesnt lock and its of course always the one that open so bring someone with you to guard the door or you WILL be walked in on like me as I had to learn the hard way...lol but take the Fam out here for some good ole oxygenated free fun!!💙 ❤️

I love taking my dog here. The grass is always well kept and friendly people always come. The pooch park is divided in 2 ;one side is for big dogs and the other side is for small to medium size dogs. This is great because we all know little chihuahuas like to pick on big dogs hehe Anyhow, if you live near by and want to treat your pet for a great experience...This is the place!

It's a nice little park that is accessible by road or water. The only issue is that people tend to abuse the pavilions and leave a lot of garbage. We have had several nights where there were homless people camping out in the park, but we have never had any issues with anyone.

Great playground and dog park. The tennis courts were very busy when I went on a Saturday morning but appear to be well maintained.

No trees in the small dog area. That really reduces the amount of stars. I don't think they care either.

My family and I love coming here, my husband and kids spend the whole time having a blast I have fun with them as well though most of the time I'm cleaning up what others have left all over the park. OUR CHILDREN PLAY HERE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. :) other than that it's awesome here. I even brought my ferret to run around she enjoyed it as well.

There's not many public places to launch a kayak. This launch gives a sense of adventure to it due to the canopy.

Nice park. Used to have a breathtaking veiw of the waterway and passing manatees and schools of fish. Now the shoreline is overgrown and the view of the water is totally blocked. The squirrels are very friendly. I wouldn't recommend using the dog parks unless you are the only person there. As so.e people are bring untrained aggressive dogs into the "free roam" areas. Thats dangerous for all.
