Employees are friendly the store is cleaned and nicely stocked they usually always have exactly what I'm looking for and if they don't have an exact match they have an adequate replacement.

We took are daughter here to see animal's and get some treats for are cat the staff was very friendly and allowed her to interact with the animals very patient and answered all questions to the best of there knowledge overall it was a great experience would return with my daughter again and also get more treats for zeus..have a blessed day

Wondering staff and a wide variety of pet items. My dog only eats Taste of the wild brand of food and this is the only store I can always count on to have my pets needs. Highly Recommend!

First time aquarium owner. The store manager Chuck helped us out and was the most knowledgeable, caring, and friendly pet store worker I've come across.

This place is pretty good for a pet store. although, I would do your own research or even join a facebook group about the animal you are considering getting before getting it because pet stores still don’t offer the best information but, animals from here are pretty well taken care of. We got a guinea pig from here and they told us her gender wasn’t guaranteed and then she popped out some babies for us😅. We aren’t upset in the slightest but a lot of people would be so just a small heads up!

New manager here she's very rude and disrespectful she doesn't know anything about the animals you ask her a question she doesn't even know anything about the fish or at the reptiles or anything why would you run up store if you don't know anyting she says the hamsters are aggressive and you're not allowed to touch them then then she barked at me just because I was petting the hamsters and she said oh they're mean don't touch them well that you don't want anyone touching them put a sign on it so you don't pick them up every other pet store or Pet Supermarket I've been too they let me hold the rodents and every animal here they don't let you know anyting very disrespectful owner

Every time I'm in Pet Supermarket I learn something new that helps me with my pets. The associates are all extremely helpful and smart.

It's small and convenient. Has everything that would be considered a basic necessity. Lots of great startup tanks! Absolutely love the animals that they sell plus they look super cared for and that's a bonus! I wish that was a little bit more friendly and willing to help but the store is always clean and well kept!

Still a nice place. But was looking for something to help my cat's dry skin. There was not one product under $10.00. Since I've not worked for 14 months because of this Pandemic, I found a home made remedy - oatmeal ground fine and mixed with water. Another remedy is extra Strength Benadryl Gel for under $7.00. A store pharmacist suggested it - she is not an animal pharmacist, but said this will keep animal from licking and chewing hot spots and won't harm them if they happen to lick a bit. I rubbed it on his back. It calmed him down. I suggest if you use oatmeal and water to put kitty in bathroom for fifteen minutes so cat won't run amok through house. Bathroom easier to clean. Note to Pet Supermarket: lower prices you'll sell more!! People without jobs that have pets want to take care if them also as they are part of the family!

Michelle at this location has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever experienced. We have been trying to adopt one of your cats for going on two months now. We went into the store now for the 3rd time and ask Michelle to call whomever is in charge of doing the adoptions and she said she was unable to because they were working then we asked to leave our phone number and she just walked away. We even offered to adopt both of the cats because they grew attached to each other. At this point I think you guys would just rather keep the poor cats in the small cage for the rest of their lives instead of in a loving spacious home. What a joke.

Loved that they had ghost shrimp when NO ONE ELSE did.. customer service ok .. good selection of aquarium supplies, which is good for Pepe! Will be visiting again

My dog got a chicken bone and I had to really fight her on taking it away. So I went to Pet Super Market to see if they had anything similar. There was two people at the register. So I just asked both. One girl.was new , it was her first day. The gentleman training her said he'd be right back to help. So the new girl helped me. I found a few things to try because my dog is picky. I then asked thier policy on returning the unused portion, they said as long as I save the receipt. The new girl was really helpful. I never saw the man again. He went in the back and never returned until I was checking out.

Great selection of pet supplies. North Fort Myers store is clean and well ordered. As a chain Pet Supermarket's prices are a little higher than you'll pay at other chains, but if you're nearby they are worth a stop.

Probably because they work at a pet store they think they have knowledge not available to the consumer but they don't and they just come off as arrogant.

I love all the animals in there, especially the ferrets I have always wanted one.

I really like Pet Supermarket. I buy my frozen fish food here. Occasionally some fish. Always treated well. And it's clean at the Cape Coral store.

Did not like the pizza or sandwich it was dry and found and they saying like hardly any meat on it for cheese or sauce

We were in the shop a good 40 minutes pacing back and forth the front of the feeder fish and crickets, there wasn't really a whole lot of people in there. A couple times I even raise my voice to get someone's attention they all seem too busy to help us. We weren't in an extreme hurry I was trying to be patient, customer service at this place is absolutely horrible.

I adopted 2 female kitties from these guys! I have never had female cats and the 2 I got needed to be adopted together. They love their new home! Sweetest girls ever. The manager helped us and he directed us to the food they have been eating. We bought EVERYTHING we needed to invite them in our home. The manager knew his products and gave the best recommendations! We are so happy to have stopped in that day and we will continue to shop here for Faith & Grace! ❤😻
