Simply
phenomenal!
Some
restaurants
give
good
service,
some
good
food,
others,
a
quaint
atmosphere.
Fabio's
delivers
on
all
cylinders.
Upon
entering
the
small,
family
owned
restaurant,
the
attentive
host
did
not
turn
us
away
even
though
we
had
no
reservations
and
clearly
everyone
else
did.
The
waitress,
Jacklyn?
(sorry,
I
was
in
sensory
overload)
was
exceptionally
informative
with
everything
from
the
wine
selection,
to
meal
preparation,
to
the
homemade
creamy
Italian
dressing,
and
the
exceptional
dessert
menu.
She
was
of
the
type
that
enjoyed
us
enjoying
ourselves.
She
insisted
on
aerating
our
wine
properly
and
tying
a
bib
on
me
(she
must
have
recognized
that
I
am
clearly
the
type
that
enjoys
my
meal,
regardless
of
what
I
am
wearing!
Bread
was
hot
and
fresh
baked.
Our
escargot
appetizer
was
tender
and
full
of
flavor
(even
my
wife
tried
some
since
it
smelled
so
good).
The
salad
did
not
disappoint,
as
it
was
fresh
greens
with
the
much
anticipated
homemade
dressing
in
just
the
right
amount.
The
chef
(mother
of
the
waitress)
easily
and
skillfully
accommodated
my
request
to
add
mussels
and
shrimp
to
my
Calamari
Fradiavlo.
The
sauce
was
spicy
but
not
to
the
point
where
I
broke
into
a
sweat.
I
could
taste
the
heat
but
it
didn't
overpower
the
dish.
All
seafood
was
cooked
al
dente
so
that
it
was
firm
but
tender.
I
don't
like
eating
rubber
bands
and
so
the
calamari
was
very
enjoyable.
The
sauce
was
plentiful,
allowing
us
to
enjoy
another
loaf
of
fresh
baked
bread
to
soak
up
the
remaining
goodness.
My
wife
thoroughly
enjoyed
her
Rigatoni
Arrabbiati,
which
also
had
a
spicy
sauce
made
with
cherry
peppers
and
sweet
sausage.
All
portions
were
"Italian
style"...you
won't
leave
hungry.
Sadly,
we
had
no
room
for
dessert,
but
the
menu
was
well
rounded
and
sounded
delicious.
I
wish
we
discovered
this
little
family
run
gem
sooner
while
traveling
through
the
area.
It
is
now
on
our
waypoint
list
the
next
time
we
travel
nearby.
Try
it,
you
won't
be
disappointed.
