I drop off my car on Thursday for an inspection, I don't believe any inspection was done just because I said my wheel was shaking you guys assumed that it was my tires but I went to tire kingdom they change my tires and they told me somethings is wrong with my wheel bearing and it didn't even take them 2 minutes to realize that but when I ask the rep in front he couldn't tell me nothing about the wheel bearing so that made me believe you guys didn't even check my wheel bearing. You guys didn't even put anything on the inspection list so I was charged for nothing. Disappointed I thought because I saw good review you guys are honest guess not!!!!!!

Couldn’t respond to your answer so I will respond here. These wheels were factory from Polaris, this is the first set of tires being installed and offset would be what Polaris installed. There was and is no damage to the inside lip, I would be more than happy to send pictures along with the damage caused to the barrel. There is nothing wrong with my control arms and no rubbing has occurred, I believe you’re receiving false info from the tech. As for the first set with the cracked wheel, I was never notified until it was paid for and I was picking them up in the parking lot and the tech asked if I knew the wheel was cracked. I have nothing to gain from this review, I have not asked for replacement or money back or anything, I just take pride in keeping my things nice and when it is damaged by someone out of my control it is frustrating. Just wanted to let the business owner know so you can keep an eye on it in the future. I must say your staff is always very friendly and I would compliment you on that but this isn’t the first incident.

Had to get my Radiator changed out I have a big engine so the whole front end had to come off Radiator was ordered and changed out in a few hour

3rd time is the charm! Not one to write bad reviews but have given this place more than one chance. 1st incident was over 5 years ago when they installed 3 36” tires and 1 38” tire on my truck which caused differential failure. Second time I took some atv tires and wheels in to have tires swapped out and rim came back cracked, they said it was like that, can’t confirm for sure whether it was or not. However this 3rd time I took another set of atv wheels in for the same service and received all 4 back with deep gouges in the back side of the wheel, even sliced my hand open getting them out of my truck. These wheels were in like new condition with no issues before I dropped them off. I will find somewhere else to perform these simple tasks in the future!

Charged my daughter $200. Telling her she needs a transmission!!! Micky Franklin's should have told her there would be a fee to check her car! I understand labor, but never told of charge! Unfortunately for you, we will never use micky Franklin's because of this!

Micky Franklins repaired the tire on my 2021 Ford Bronco in record time. I was shocked the repair happened so quickly. It worked out great because I was on my way to a doctor appointment. Plus - the person who was working the front counter was very friendly and accommodating. I learned that Mickys was bought in September but the service hasn’t changed. I don't normally post reviews, but I had to regarding the stellar service at Micky Franklin's. I was in a pinch needing a repair to return home to Illinois. They welcomed me in, fixed the issue very quickly and I am now a customer for life when I am at my condo in Ft. Myers. They are skilled mechanics with really good hearts as well!

They were extremely nice and they did a fantastic job fixing my door handle. Quick and looked fantastic! Got there around 8am and my car was ready to go at 10am! The gentleman inside the shop were just wonderful and very helpful to me!

Micky Franklin's Tire & Auto will now be my go-to shop for any auto service or product that I need! I stopped in on a Friday to get pricing on new tires and they had them in and installed before noon the following Monday. Their pricing is exceptionally fair and transparent. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman working at the service desk, but he was super professional, friendly and helpful! Great experience, highly recommend!

We have used Micky Franklin's for a variety of services over the years. Recently, however, we have used them to help my elderly mom with front tire issues where the tires tend to lose 10-15 pounds over a short amount of time. We went a couple of months ago, and they amazingly found 2 little hard-to-see nails in one of the tires. The problem persisted, and we took it back. This time, they discovered a very old plug in one of the tires. We appreciated the fact that they helped my mom this second time with no cost to her...maybe because it was her 80th birthday, and they wanted to gift her?!!? :D Thank you, Micky Franklin's for taking care of her!!

Excellent service here, went in less then a week ago. Got a quote on some new wheels and tires, due to almost all of my tires being in bad shape with broken belts, and wanted to get rid of stock wheels.Had them shipped in within a few days, dropped truck off and had them installed the same day,ready to be picked back up.The whole crew here is great, honest, pays close attention to detail, straight to the point. Sergio helped me out with making the right choice on tires and wheels in regards to size on what may and may not work out or look good with future plans of leveling kit or lift kit, I’ll be back again forsure.

I brought in a 1987 GMC Sierra, it didn’t have a battery when it was brought to them cause I used it for another car I had been building as the truck sat for about a year untouched. They did put a battery in and replace the transmission pan seal about about 3 months of waiting. This two items they did a terrific job on. I paid for a TV cable hook up for my 700r4 that was done in the worst way possible and not useable at all which cost 479.22 alone for that job. I was told several times they got it running for me and I wish I could post a video from 2020 when the motor was installed and fired up so I could prove that wrong. All in all I’m just frustrated at the work done after only 3 months. I took on another project and tried my hand at subbing some work out and realized it back fired terrible on me. I paid 1,164.92 for basically a battery and a transmission seal. They only put rubber for my radiator to hold it down which cost 319.48. I feel completely jaded by this company even though the Counter guys were nice people. Trucks home and won’t start now. I’d say if you can a hook up a computer to your car they may be good parts replacers but as far as any other vehicle please beware and let my lesson be for me and not you as well.

I’ve been taking my cars/truck to Mickeys for a few years, I am always pleased with the work and pricing. Recently I had to take my daughter‘a car in for tires and A/C work in preparation for her returning to Virginia for college. The experience was amazing. The care they gave the car and us made it feel like they worked on their own child’s vehicle. As long as I need work done I will going to Mickeys. Thank you for everything.

I’m a new customer and have had a few excellent experiences at a Micky Franklins recently. First, I brought my mother-in-law’s car in for a noise problem. They found the source and told us to take it to the dealer because it should be under warranty. Guess what! We did and it was covered under warranty! They could have taken advantage of an elderly woman but they didn’t! Such a relief to find an honest mechanic. Next, I decided to bring my own vehicle in. I rely on my van as a self-employed entrepreneur and can’t be without it for long. They did an amazing job communicating with me, ordering my tires and coordinating when would be a good time to bring my vehicle in for installation and an alignment. Found out during the alignment that I also needed work on the drag link. And let me just say, I’ve had shaking in this van and a little “float” feeling since I bought it used 3 years ago. I’ve taken it to 3 other shops before bringing it to Micky Franklin’s. None of them could find the source of the shaking and wrote the “float” off to my all-terrain tires. But these guys found the source of both problems!! It rides like a new van now and I’m so thankful they fixed it. Such a relief. Highly Recommend- 5 stars for sure! Thank you Micky Franklin’s for being honest, knowledgeable and for providing such excellent customer service. We now have 3 family members that have used their services!

My mife had a tire emergency with a 37" tire. When she arrived there they were very awsome, helpful, knowledgeable, and calming. I was great full they could help us in a pinch. I'm not going to use any other tire place. Great job guys!

I can't say enough. I called and got in same day. The price wasn't cheap, but fair and I appreciate the good work they did on my vehicle. They were nice to work with and did a good job explaining costs before doing all work. We have found our new spot.

These guys do good work but definitely expensive, will nickle and dime you for labor. 440 dollars to balance and mount two front tires (I ALREADY HAD THE TIRES) on a 1999 corvette. I went and got the rears done for 100 bucks at the tire kingdom right next door.

They will not nickle & dime you with unnecessary parts/add-ons just to rack up the bill. That being said they do have to keep the lights on (as with any legitimate business) so labor can sting a bit. At the same time they have also Not charged me for telling me my tailpipe was loose!

They unfortunately did not have the tire I needed when out of town, but even tough he could have ordered it he kindly directed me to someone who could get us up and going that day! I Would recommend this business to ANYONE based of the level of care they have for people. Thank you! May you be abundantly blessed!!!

I have gotten several sets of tires from them. They always work for the best price and great service.

I've been getting my Toyota service at Mickey Franklin's now for a couple of years and just bought four tires from them. It came time to change my 12-volt battery and it turns out that for my car it's rather tricky. The dealer quoted me $400!! Mickey Franklin's came in and saved the day at half that price. There's never any terror marketing ("you better be horrified") ..always courteous and professional. It's a family business in the second generation and is exceedingly well-managed. I was referred by a great friend who was a customer there for decades. I trust that Mickey Franklin's is going to keep me going!

I’m very thankful for this shop, I blew a tire right next door a few minutes past closing time and Sergio told me just get the truck too the side slowly and they took care of me so I could avoid a tow. Thank you for your customer service

I went in to have my tires changed after recently purchasing the vehicle. The previous owner of the vehicle said that the tires would need to be changed so I took it in. The guys at Mickey Franklin’s were completely honest and told me my tires wouldn’t need to be replaced for a while. They could’ve have easily have charged me for tires I didn’t need, but they didn’t. They even rotated my tires for free! So grateful for their honesty and for how amazing their service is!
