We wanted under cabinet lights installed and we purchased ones that change color and use Bluetooth. We then hired Shock-it electric for the install. We had some issues on the day of the install and I was a bit frustrated. My husband called the owner Ashley, and he came out on a Saturday to review the issues and make it right. Some new parts were needed and he got those first thing Monday and came back and made it right. I was extremely pleased with how he was determined to make it right. Thank God for Ashley and his team at Shock it Electric . I phoned in and within 15 minutes Ashley was at my home inspecting the situation . He was able to identify my issue which was major within 15 minutes of his arrival . His expertise, and urgency made me and my family feel more secure . I called this business and within just a few days an electrician came to make an estimate to install a dedicsted circuit for my hot tub. I had to wait for approval from my HOA, but they were out here about 2 days after I let them know approval had gone through. Work was done quickly and professionally.
