Excellent all around! The food was wonderful and plentiful for each of us! We were completely surprised the facility was a well kept and nice as it was! It's been at this location for several years so we anticipated an aged interior and standard equipment, but, we were 100% completely wrong! The interior was pristine and the employees were friendly throughout! You won't walk away disappointed, you'll be completely satisfied! We were..... and we'll be back!

Why does this location even bother opening and how has there not been a management change in the last 2 years? If there has, you desperately need to rethink your hiring practices. Anytime we go to this location it's a minimum of 10 minutes in the drive thru even if we are the ONLY car. Even after taking 10 plus minutes to make the order they still completely forget items and the condiments they charge for. The only reason we even get this place any business is because it's right by the house. After waiting 15+ minutes today for an order missing multiple items and a burger completely wrong, despite paying extra for extras, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Oh and your support offer is "we can give you $3 off" is more of an insult than anything. What a joke.

Manager on duty is a real Karen. She was threatening me to leave or she would "call someone" because in her mind, she thinks that driving backwards through the drive through in my RHD car is illegal. Not coming here again. Rest of the employees were nice, especially my dude at the 3rd window 👍

Shonna, the manager, was amazing. The restaurant was well run and clean. Got our online order right on time. Very nice location and employees.

This is the best Burger King I've ever had the pleasure of getting food from. All of the food I usually get, burgers, fries, and nuggets, is ALWAYS hot and fresh. There is usually a tad bit of a wait, maybe 5 minutes at the most, but it's 100% worth it, and the staff is always super friendly and on point. Thank you, guys!

The food is the best I've EVER had at any Burger King I've EVER been to across the nation. The General Manager Katiyn is AMAZING and great with the customers and her staff of AWESOME individuals. It's a JEWEL on Diamond Parkway.

Got a #7 meal. The fries were so hot they burned my fingers. Spicey chicken sandwich was fresh and hot. The Coke was perfect. This crew did it right. Thanks
