and
I
love
the
staff!
A
lot
of
them
remember
me
and
will
start
making
my
drink
when
I
walk
in
if
they
aren't
too
busy!
So
I
won't
be
giving
a
low
star
review,
however
I
had
a
bad
experience
on
Tuesday
11/15/23.
The
evening
before,
Monday,
I
ordered
my
usual
drink,
and
the
cashier
rang
it
up
wrong,
which
I
didn't
know
because
I
repeated
my
order
twice
to
her.
I
always
use
the
app,
so
the
receipt
with
the
wrong
order
is
on
my
phone.
I
arrived
at
my
office
about
12
minutes
later
at
5:43
and
I
noticed
my
drink
was
off
so
I
looked
at
the
label
and
saw
that
the
drink
order
was
wrong.
I
had
an
appointment
in
15
minutes
so
I
couldn't
go
back
until
after,
but
they
close
at
8
and
I
wouldn't
have
made
it
back,
therefore
I
called
instead.
The
person
who
answered
the
phone,
I'm
not
sure
who
it
was,
said
they
remembered
me
and
would
write
my
name
down
and
they'd
remake
my
drink.
Normally
if
they
leave
syrup
out
I'll
just
have
them
add
it
in
instead
of
doing
a
complete
drink
remake,
but
I
wasn't
able
to
go
back
because
of
my
schedule.
I
went
back
the
next
day
and
Eden,
who
was
there
the
evening
before,
passive
aggressively
called
me
a
liar,
said
she
didn't
speak
to
anyone
the
evening
before
and
my
name
was
not
written
down...
I'm
not
sure
if
she's
the
only
one
who
answers
the
phone...
But
I
did
speak
to
someone,
I
also
go
to
this
Starbucks
nearly
every
day,
and
PAY
for
my
drink
so
I
wasn't
trying
to
just
get
a
free
drink
but
she
made
me
feel
that
way.
I
had
to
show
her
my
call
log
proving
that
I
did
indeed
call
and
spoke
to
staff,
not
to
mention
the
receipt
was
in
my
app,
with
the
wrong
order.
She
ended
up
discounting
the
drink
and
gave
it
to
me
for
free
after
asking
how
to
spell
my
name
twice
and
still
spelling
it
wrong,
and
what
seemed
like
sarcastically
telling
me
to
have
a
nice
day,
which
I
don't
understand
because
I'm
not
affecting
her
paycheck
nor
did
I
ask
for
my
drink
to
be
made
wrong.
Listening
skills
were
lacking
that
day
and
the
day
before.
And
it
upset
me
that
she
would
accuse
me
of
lying
to
get
a
drink
that
I
literally
order
every
day.
I
don't
appreciate
that
at
all.
Otherwise
the
staff
is
amazing
and
I
love
the
location.
