Smash it BIG TIME! I just love this new gym with all the robust looking equipment. All is new and polished, friendly and energetic staff, always keen to help.

Love this gym! They offer fantastic classes (Les Mills and other gym specific classes) as well as a heap of machine weights, free weights and cardio equipment! This gym has a creche during normal staffed hours and a Cafe that serves protein shakes and other yum treats! The supplements store is always well stocked and has very competitive prices on their products. The amenities are also extremely clean and tidy and the staff here (admin, PTs and instructors) are all so very friendly! It's a 24 hour gym and is manned for a considerable. Number of those hours each day. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Clean gym with a good amount of equipment, did not really see anyone having to line up for machines in my visits. Would not recommend for beginners like myself, as there is very little guidance. Signed up specifically asking for a couple of set programs that I could alternate between 1-2 times a week with walking, promised the world when signing up and told that the PT would Definitely be able to accommodate my request but it did not happen. Used 2 of my 3 free PT sessions and was shown about 4-5 different machines, but after explaining that I couldn't afford extra sessions the interest/care factor seemed to evaporate. Went in to cancel and staff did their best to keep me as a member, finally suggested that I put membership on hold for a couple of months while I save the $200 cancelation fee to stop contract.

I had a medical injury that meant I could not use my membership once after joining. I've never been to the gym at all. I discussed the situation with someone on the phone. They said they dont usually end contracts without it being full term and I would need to pay out the full contract. She said she would talk to a manager and have someone call me. That never happened. I was a little taken back that there is no way out even if something has happened to you where you are no longer able to even go to the gym. I would love to use the membership but literally cant. I used to love going to the gym and this is a huge kick in the teeth. I would never recommend a world gym after this experience.

Nice gym, lots of equipment, gets extremely busy though, needs better air con. Needs a bigger car park also.

The Gym has excellent facilities, lots of equipment and fun classes suitable for both beginners and experienced gym goers. Good music is played throughout the day and the staff are really approachable and fun. The attached coffee/protein shop is top notch for all your incidental gym needs. 😁

Too busy and too many arrogant people. Not a family atmosphere at all wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they were into body building and an over packed gym.

Felt uncomfortable having a look around the gym, not my type of gym at all. Very intimidating and from what I have heard other people say, they aren't honest about their contract pricing

Sales staff are rude. The guy I spoke to was so far up himself it's unbelievable. The rest of the front counter staff were so nice. A rotten egg in a good place.

Been going here for almost 2 months. Been to almost every gym in North lakes and this takes the cake. Out of the big gyms in North lakes world's does it best..... best range of great equipment..... multiple of the same equipment and slightly different versions, no matter how busy it gets there is always something for you to do. Air con works very well which is a major plus for me as most other gyms don't run it or it is always broken. Members and staff are very friendly, staff very approachable and willing to help. Facilities always clean, hygienic and tidy. Bright and inviting environment to induce the perfect workout. Plan on staying here for the foreseeable future

Since moving to Brisbane in 2014, WGNL are by far the best I have joined. There are so many machines, plenty of space, friendly staff to greet and assist and so much merchandise on hand to purchase if you ever need to. This place was recommended by my partner who was a member before I was and I am glad I took his advice. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Good gym and large open spaces. They tend not to replace broken items as quick as I’d like but oh well!

The music is so loud that you can’t even talk to other people, I have asked the receptionist many times to lower the volume but is still high…. other gym members feel the same way.

The gym is huge, has a climbing rope, plenty of weighted machines and a dedicated free weights area. Each World Gym also has an awesome mural on their wall that keeps you inspired.

Hands down the best and world gym I have been to, I've nearly been to ever single one in Australia and this has out done them all. The equipment is amazing both free weights and machines, you never have to wait for equipment. The staff are also amazing, easygoing and friendly. A great atmosphere! The one thing I would say is bring your headphones, because the music is crowd DJ and one of the PT’s play music you would expect coming from a sad teenage boys bedroom in the 90’s, picture sad, angry rock screaming at you😂

Staff are super helpfull heaps of equipment plenty of space can get busy in peak times but what gym doesn't. Great atmosphere as well

World gym northlakes is one of the best gyms around....also amazing physio there- both Braydon and Llew!

Took a free session there yesterday as it's been extended and has lots of new equipment. The staff on front desk were good, friendly, efficient. The gym overall is probably quite overwhelming for people starting out. I love the size and ability to get on equipment that I want to use, when I want to use it. It's darker than WG Burpengary so photos/selfies would look way better. Parking seems adequate. I went at 2pm on a Saturday. Never used the toilets, showers as I was on a deadline and live close by.

Hello Internet, I Hope you all are having an amazing day, I'm having a Fantastic day! You can defiantly tell this place just cares about the money and not the service they provide their customers. I have been a member for a year if not 2. In that time I found the guys showers so bad, it takes a month if not 3 months for them to get cleaned. Now it was bad enough when they try and charge you when you go on holidays for 2 weeks Work pays me to go on a holiday, gym charges me??? So any way I've fallen on a little hardship, and instead of going in and letting them know. I thought I would see how they handled it(also wasn't looking forward to that conversation hahaha). I was bombarded with text telling me to pay, now they have sacked their lackeys(debit collectors)hahaha onto me sending emails. Still no phone call to maybe just see what might be happening on my side, who cares am I right? That’s alright I stopped caring about paying your bills too Hahahahahaha!!!!!! Catch Ya all I hoped this helped some people, I'm sure this gym could use some help if not to clean the showers hahaha. But it does have a lot of space, no real community feel though. So over All I give this Gym 5 Stars for being the best worst gym. Enjoy the rest of your day. I know I will

The only thing I don’t like about this gym is the parking. It’s so dangerous trying to pull out of the driveway with all the cars parked on the road.

Top Tier Gym! World Gym Northlakes has an amazing vibe thanks to all the staff and members. To top it off, the new upgrades of the building with brand new machines and space have put this Gym in a leage of its own.

The latest renovations are awesome, every piece of gym equipment you could ever want.... great atmosphere, friendly staff. The gym is also in a good location with plenty of car parks. My only criticism is that the upstairs water bubler appears to have a leak, might just need a new spring or o ring but this has been that way for quite some time and i can only imagine the amount of water that is wasted.

Taihas service was lovely, she was so kind and helpful. She made my shake fantastically and how i like it and makes every experience i have at world gym one to remember.

World gym is a fantastic gym, It's big with lots of equipment to chose from. There is plenty of parking and the staff are always friendly.

Good regulars, great staff and comprehensive set of equipment with plenty of doubles. It's a lifters paradise.

It's a great gym. Plenty of parking. Fun front desk staff. Motivating & experienced personal trainers. Plenty of equipment & space including short track for warm ups & stretching. Plenty of stretching floor area up top. Stairs can be a killer after legs, but there is a lift. Plenty for cardio. I enjoyed all of the exercises & machines. I recommend a PT for the right technique and motivational support. I made some friends while I was there. The gym is a credit to the owners. Be sure to visit Brendale World Gym too, it's a little different in layout, but it has the same great vibe. Be sure to say hi to Stevie for me.

Great gym, very warm welcoming by staffs, unlike those narrowly packed gym, this one is very spacious, and a lot free space between machines. So you can more focus without being distracted from surrounding people. The people in the gym are so athlete looking. It pushes me working harder. I’ve been membership with it for over 4 years. Never had a thought about leaving.

The facilities are great. The equipment is well maintained, the staff are friendly. Surprisingly, for a gym with many weightlifting options, it isn’t full of meat heads! Highly recommend this gym for all levels of gym experience. Best of all, friendly welcoming staff.

Best gym ever! The atmosphere there is unmatched, always clean and a wide range of equipment. The staff are amazing, especially Jared and Ellie which make amazing shakes and are always friendly.

Been going to this gym for over a year now, one of the best i ever been to, staff very welcoming and friendly, trainers in this gym kind and friendly to everyone. My opinion, i would recommend this gym to anyone.

World Gym North Lakes by far has the most comprehensive equipment, qualified variety of trainers and a huge range of supplements/meals/products available. Not to mention Sutha makes THE best shakes on the Northside and this has become part of my daily routine. Outstanding!

Absolutely love this gym. Always thought gyms would be about the big body builders but World Gym has proved me wrong. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by name by Colby and Helena to name a few and then going to classes with great instructors like Sharni, Teaghan and Dee who push you to do just a little bit more. You don't think you can but feel so proud when you realise they are right and you can and you are getting stronger. Amenities are clean and staff are always wanting to help. Shop out front filled with products that I did not even know existed but am reaping the benefits of using them and staffs knowledge. Never thought I would be someone who looks forward to going to the gym but I'm hooked.❤❤❤

I have been coming to worlds gym north lakes for little over a year and i’ve never experienced such a family environment. The staff are professional and outstanding when it comes to providing information on products and classes, could not recommend a better gym in Brisbane!

Not a big fan of the atmosphere. Did a trial at EMF and preferred the equipment as it is newer. Both have similar atmosphere of body building but overall its not my cup of tea

Heaps of equipment to choose from, easy to get the machine you’re wanting to use since they have multiple of the same machine. Has a sauna in the bathroom & showers. Lots of room to move around. Has a cafe down the bottom or a vending machine for drinks/protein bars.
