    For anyone looking for a personal trainer and / or gym, I can not recommend highly enough Foundation Personal Training. I’ve tried a number of gyms over the years and I have to say that the team here are just fantastic. I joined in August 2017. I was over weight, had low iron levels, high cholesterol and generally very unhealthy. The team here significantly improved my eating habits and got me training regularly; working with me to protect my back at all times. They kept me accountable every week; celebrating successes along the way. I am now a healthy 45 year old with more energy and my iron levels and cholesterol are now normal. I’ve lost 21kg and nearly 20% body fat. We work hard at this gym and have lots of fun too. The other clients are very welcoming and supportive. If you want real results give the team at Foundation PT a call.

    By far the best PT studio I’ve ever been to. Friendly and welcoming environment with excellent trainers. I have been training with Cam for a year now (the longest I’ve ever stuck with training). Working out is now enjoyable (unlike my previous attempts at other gyms); I’m seeing great results and maintaining a healthier lifestyle without crash diets or missing out on foods I enjoy, among other positive impacts. Cam has completely changed my mindset (essentially, my life) and given me back my confidence to be my happy and bubbly self again. So thrilled I found FoundationPT.

    Fabrice Roussety Changed my entire life due to his true dedication to helping people develop themselves. Curious about becoming extremely confident? To achieve anything you want? To drive your motivation and reach all your goals? This man will exceed your expectations because he truly cares about helping. You might think personal training is expensive just to benefit you physically and help you look/feel better but what Fab offers at Foundation PT is priceless. He is a special person who has the power to mentor and coach you to a positive mindset, great attitude and a true hunger for greatness. He is currently looking for people to add to the family and his 1 on 1 training is incredible. I can vouch for this man as he changed my mindset completely and I lost a total of 55kg with him in the span of 9 months and strangely enough I appreciate him the most because of how he changed my MIND and not my body. Send Fab or myself a message, the hardest part is making the first step, but I assure you, that step will change your life.

    The most amazing group of trainers you’ll find. Their passion for the fitness industry is unparalleled and their dedication to helping you achieve your goals would be incredibly hard to beat. The group classes are always fun and are conducted in way that is inclusive and creates a feeling of friendship between yourselves, the trainers, and those you are training with. PTs are incredible and offer so much assistance in reaching your goal. The trainers are able to assist you not only with comprehensive and varied programs, but also with your nutrition. You won’t find somewhere better to reach your goals

    I started training with Sarah in April after she came highly recommended from one of my friends. I can now see why! I have had PTs before at my regular gym and found them off-putting as I could tell their main focus was selling more sessions. When I met Sarah I was exercising regularly and dieting but not seeing any results. Sarah had a look at my exercise regime and my food intake and then told me the best thing I could possibly hear – I was doing too much cardio and not eating enough. After that Sarah set me up with a meal plan and workouts that I can do at my regular gym. I see Sarah once a week for PT and she regularly checks in with me to see how I’m feeling. I really appreciate that I can message her whenever I have a question about food or my workout routine, or if I just need a little extra motivation that day. I love that I don’t have to worry about how much I should be eating or what exercises I should be doing. I just follow the plans Sarah has set for me and I’ve been seeing consistent weekly results. Since working with Sarah, I have met the other trainers and clients through the various classes available during the week. They all make you feel so welcome, and I enjoy the social aspect of the gym. In retrospect I wish I had contacted Sarah sooner, but I’m so glad I had the courage to take that next step. It has truly changed my life for the better.

    Foundation has a great team of trainers who are motivated to get you results. If you have fitness goals Foundation will support you to achieve them. Group classes to suit all levels of fitness. A+ to the trainers, they promote perfecting technique; improving mobility and stretching.

    Have been at Foundation for 18 months and recommend them highly. Fantastic PTs who get results, along with an overall gym atmopshere that is friendly and encouraging, no matter where you are on your journey.

    I stumbled on Foundation Personal Training walking my dog around the block early one morning. Music pumping and lights on, I was drawn down the driveway and met at the roller door by one of the trainers. Was expecting the normal 'hard sell' but instead was instanly at ease with general chit chat and a few personal questions about lifestyle etc. Two weeks later I had my 1st PT session with Cameron, a young and new to the industry personal trainer. I felt embarrassed and intimidated walking in for that 1st session as it was my first time in a gym. Greeted by other clients and the trainers that were there that morning - I knew that I had made the right decision. Fast forward 14 months and I class Foundation as my 2nd home. I love every PT session, every class I get to attend, all the clients new and old but most importantly Fab and his amazing team of trainers. Without these guys, I wouldn't of reached a 30kg loss, improve my strength around all my ongoing injuries from the past and also be part of a family that I can't speak of highly enough. I am the fittest I have been in 30 years - I even enjoy running now and have participated in multiple Fun Runs in the past year, something I have never even thought about - let alone finishing. I have no hesitations recommending Foundation Personal Training to anyone looking to achieve whatever goals they require. I guarantee under their guidance- You will be amazed.

    Best PTs that have great knowledge about the industry, life and any obstacles that seem hard to overcome. They help you believe to realise scales don't matter when your building muscle and being consistent. I highly recommend this gym/PT studio
