    i come here quite often as i work in the center usually quite pleasant, i always order on the app to beat the queues on my break. today had to wait over 10 minutes for my drink as the girls decided to stand in a circle at the back chatting and refusing to budge.

    I stood at the counter for two minutes around lunch time today. No one came to serve me even though I was the only customer there and in view of staff. However, what I am really giving one star for is this: There was a young girl worker sitting cross legged on top of the stainless steel bench where they prep drinks. Yep … short denim shorts, sandshoes. Shoes and bottom up there on the bench in full view of staff, fiddling with her phone and chatting to another staff member. Needless to say, I walked away disgusted. I wish I’d taken a photo.

    Had to start my day with a Boost juice, I just couldn’t make my mind up. Kobie was warm and inviting and and welcoming smile and guided me to a ‘Strawberry squeeze’ absolutely 👌 to start the day. Recyclable as well. Keep up the awesome work!

    Poor service and experience. Most of my visits have not had my smoothie fill up to the top but charged full price. That was an original size of mango magic.

    Worst experience with customer service at west field north lakes shopping centre . I have ordered Large Mango Tango and a lady next to me ordered same one regular size. They gave me the regular one and the lady large size. I said them that I paid for large, the girls who is working said they will fix. They just put extra ice and gave me. I am regular customer for boost and I’ll only have Mango Tango, I am much familiar of its taste. That day it tasted only ice. Poor customer service. They had a problem to service me for what I paid.

    All I've had is bad experiences with this store. The boost that i get all the time is watery and tastes horrible most of the time i come here. Then i had a staff member make it watery again and not even fill one of the cups. When i said that is not good enough and its too watery i got attitude of that's the consistency and she makes it all the time and has for years. I get the same one from morayfield all the time and its never that watery. And she could not have been making it for years as the vegan ones have only been out for about a year. They need to learn from morayfield how to make a boost properly and customer service. Had an issue once at morayfield and they handled it amazing.

    My poor experience started with the customer service. After waiting there for 3 minutes with no line Jess who took my order was incredibly dull and gave off a completely rude vibe, next was the making of the juice, this dude was careless and messy when it came to making my smoothie. So messy in fact, as he ripped off the lid mango had stained my white laces on the 90s. Very very disappointing. First time, and last time. To everyone looking into it, I suggest you don't go the whole experience was awful.

    Owner that wears his silly hat was a tad rude trying to be "funny" Said "can i grab a banana buzz" He goes "well u cant just come back here and grab grab it" 🙄 Ok i shrugged it off Then as he was teaching one of im guessing the newer staff he continued to try be funny and say i was rude. I mean your not that funny bro one day youll be funny to the wrong person just saying 🤷‍♂️

    Absolutely appalled by the manager!!! Her badge said tiani. She served me with such attitude then went to the back of the store to have a vape! In store! Whilst working! Disgusting! not only this, it’s was busy and she stood in the corner texting and chatting whilst one person made all the drinks. Waited ages for my drink!

    Went last week and my berry blast chiller was nice and frozen and filled to the top. Today. Just over 3/4 full and more a juice than an ice crush. Disappointing it’s so inconsistent. Not sure I’ll go a 3rd time. Might get what I I got the second time

    Attended girls staff was very rude. They don’t know how to communicate with disabled old people. Always listen to customer very politely and good manners not always in hurry. They have to understand what the customer wants. Please be polite with customers and keep smiles

    It’s false advertisement to state that you close at 5:15PM on Sundays, when you close at 5:00PM. Or I was lied to by two female employees who worked till 5:15PM on 24/09/23 who decided to close early so they can go home earlier, leaving myself and another customer in line confused as we were under the impression that on the website it states that the store closes at 5:15PM. They were both rude and proceeded to laugh as they made comments towards each other that they were going home early.

    The smoothie I ordered which was the King William Chocolate smoothie was so icy and watery. I regret ordering this drink. I bought it as a treat for myself and I wish I hadn’t. It was not worth the 8.70 I paid.

    When I am paying over $9 for a boost I expect perfection everytime. I just ordered a boost and only got 3/4 of a cup and runny as when it should be thick. She was smacking the side of the container as well to get every drop knowing she was short changing me. This happens to often at north lakes

    I wish your team provided better service and reminded their customers to present their rewards card if they have one. I'm owed like 5 smoothies because i have a stressful on the go life and don't think to present my card. I have asked your staff several times that it would be of great assistance to many people if you just reminded people. How come coles, woolies, big w, kmart staff all do this and you don't? Its not a difficult thing to learn and would provide such excellent service.

    the lady that served my partner and i (cecille was her name not sure if it’s spelt that way) she was extremely rude flinging her hand at us to go away at the end. after she then started to speak LOUDLY to her work friend about how “cringey and embarrassing” we were. i could hear her clearly, such a shame as i coke her all the time. won’t be back

    Horrible customer service, staff are so rude. There smoothies are terrible and so over priced. We won't be back, avoid at all costs. We will be going the Coco Bliss, at least staff there are nice and there smoothies and food are gorgeous.

    Amazing drinks, horrible customer service! Workers were moody, grumpy, rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Smoothies are delicious though.
