One of the worst so called restaurant in the North Lakhimpur Area, Foods are pathetic and the staffs of Luisa are not well mannered...... They took too much time to cook food and when it came to you, you can easily feel that the foods are 2-3 days older. Also they take extra taxes, which is not acceptable. Just Never Go to this Shity 0 Class Restaurant.

Room full of moulds. Damp smell... And fungus in walls. Absolutely not a place you want to stay at. Hotel staffs are more like selling you the room but not much professional than that.

Good room condition and service all stuff are very conscious about their duty. Food quality is better then others. I liked it

The oldest general class restaurant basically preferred by teenagers. The food is average but take too much time to serve it after ordering. Prices are not too high. Overall a moderate place to hangout.

It was a very good experience, The food was a bit expensive but the quality was good, clean, service good, and it didn't let us feel we were in a hotel room. 🙏

The ambience of the place is good and well decorated. And the location is its best part. They have a parking lot, which is a better thing to be found in the bazaar area. However, the food was average and even the prices in comparison with the quantity and quality of food was quite expensive. The location of the place is in the area where Luisa was located, however the service and the ambience of Slice is far better and well maintained. Overall an average restaurant for me.

Staff behaviour is very bad. Hotel owner is so greedy, if u don't use water bottle given by staff, u have to pay full amount of money otherwise u can't go from Hotel. So everyone please don't use this hotel in future.

Do not keep this property on your top 10 shortlisted places list to stay in North Lakhimpur. There are plenty of better places to stay in that town. Damp and smelly rooms full of fungus, Unhygienic bed full of bed bugs, No professionalism of staff, Noisy ambience, No running water at night.

The food was great their nd the they have variety of options for you in veg nd nonveg too nd the taste nd quality was also great 👍 If I talk about rooms it was equipped with all the emniteis the provide parking facility also but what i find is the price they are talking for rooms is little High otherwise everything was good 👍

Tried Chicken Afghani as recommended in the restaurant & found it to be fantastic ! Found the food to be good. Recommended for North Indian dishes!
