    It's a beautiful town and the headquarters of North Lakhimpur district. Oneside across NH-15 is the hills of Arunachal Pradesh . The nearby sight seeing are - Harmuti( 30 km) and Gogamukh on the way to Dibrugarh

    a land surrounded with nature along with all necessities of modern life. Beautiful places, rivers, hills enrich the treasure of attraction of North Lakhimpur. Again different educational institutions, medical college, all government offices, easy to rich marketplace, malls etc. make life easier here.
