They don’t make them like Mrs. Hawkins these days she’s the definition of women empowerment on top of being a educated sister she’s BLACK BLACK if you know you know and I’m here for it. I have experience horrible health care here in Vegas but this is the best care I have gotten since 2012 the nurse practioner went above in beyond when she told me she was from California I was so happy 😊 she did a full exam blood work she made me feel very comfortable ❤️ I sign my entire family up with care ❤️ the experience was something I never had thank you 😊

I do not like to go to doctors. I have had many issues over the last six years that no doctor has been able to solve. I have dropped hundreds of dollars going and feeling like no one was listening to me and that I was crazy for always being sick. However; I walked into this medical center today and that was not the case. Even before I came to the appointment the person who called me to confirm was SO kind, patient and understanding. I did not feel like a burden or an issue while we changed the dates. I walked in today and was well taken care of. I felt like I was actually heard and that she wanted to find the issue and resolve it. Obviously it wasn't resolved in one day but she made sure she knew who my insurance provider was so when she sends me for testing I go to a place that is covered. Not only that she was knowledgeable as soon as I told her as to where she would send me. She was patient with me while I scrambled to find a medication name and she was caring while she fought with my veins to try and draw blood. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming as well. I have never left a doctors office or a medical center feeling so heard and hopeful. I would defiantly recommend to anyone especially women!

I can’t tell you how many doctors I have been through.NP Hawkins and staff are outstanding. She listens to you. She knows what she is talking about and doesn’t brush you off. She is clear and concise. They take my HPN and work with you. I love her and staff.

I was very distracted by Carona Virus. I neglected my health. I had to make an appointment for a physical. The staff was very professional and took good care of me. Seriously y'all I felt like I was at a 5*STAR Hotel. I'm happy and my health is A1....YayMe!

I made an appointment for my mother to get a second opinion and she was so proud of Shawneka and her practice she said she wanted to jump for joy. Shawneka was her second opinion since her visit with her doctor in California. She repeated her test and explained to her the results better than her doctor in California. My mother was so impressed she can’t wait to see the expansion of Care With Purpose because of the vision of the practice and the professionalism and care she encountered. Care With Purpose I thank you for caring for my mom.

Update: I was able to talk directly to Shenakwa ( The Nurse Practitioner) and she was very professional and provided me with information as to why my covid results were not yet ready. (Labs such as Quest diagnostics & Lab Corp are all backed up due to the recent rise of covid-19 and the dire need for covid-19 testing in our community). She apologized for my prior experience and invited me directly to their practice to take a rapid covid test, the staff there was very professional & the facility was very clean. I received my results from my rapid test in 15 mins and now I’m able to return back to work. She was also able to prescribe medicine for my horrible cough (Which is something that Valley Hospital wouldn’t do). Thank you to Ms. Shenakwa and her staff for taking the time to educate me more on covid-19 & it’s new variants and also issuing me a rapid test! I appreciate it more than you know!

Oh my Goodness! What an incredible medical practice. What a clean, welcoming and efficient experience. I made an appointment for 10am, showed up at 9:56, was treated and finished by 10:05am. I don’t know about you, but that’s my kind of doctors appointment. The NP Shanikwa Hawkins and her staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and super professional. I had the opportunity of doing a telemedicine visit with NP Hawkins and it was such an outstanding experience. I can’t believe how professional, efficient, and compassionate she was. I had to make her my primary care provider!! Can’t wait for my follow up visit in 2 weeks at the clinic!

Most frustrating experience ever. Can't get a prescription for medicine to manage my GERD. Feels like I am getting blown off, promised to have med orders sent over on 10/5, still haven't gotten them. Office keeps giving runaround. Doubtful they have even sent referrals as promised.
