given
this
place

ago,
but
my
current
rating
is
just
1
star.
The
decline
in
food
quality
and
service
is
evident.
We
placed
an
order
for
pickup
but
kindly
asked
if
we
could
change
that
to
dine
in
since
the
order
was
placed
not
that
long
ago.
The
cashier
went
to
ask
the
manager
(or
his
supervisor,
don't
remember
who
he
said
he
was
going
to
ask)
and
according
to
the
manager,
the
request
was
denied
due
to
a
vague
"we
can't
because
today
is
a
special
day"
reason.
We
did
not
press
further
since
it
was
evident
they
did
not
want
to
follow
our
request
which
usually
would
be
fine
but
I
thought
it
was
unusual.
All
we
asked
is
if
we
could
eat
the
food
we
placed
for
pick
up
inside
the
restaurant
but
we
could
not.
Usually
this
is
understandable
if
the
restaurant
had
a
line
or
was
packed
with
customers,
but
neither
were
the
case.
We
sat
down
on
a
table
to
wait
for
our
to
go
order
since
it
still
needed
10-15
minutes
to
be
ready
and
while
sitting
we
were
greeted
by
two
lovely
servers(each
at
separate
times)
who
tried
to
take
our
order.
We
told
them
each
we
were
waiting
for
our
pick
up
order
that
we
already
paid
but
the
truth
is
that
we
were
not
allowed
to
dine
in.
It's
baffling
that
we
couldn't
dine
in
when
they
weren't
that
busy.
The
chicken
wings
was
disappointingly
dry
and
possibly
reheated,
leading
to
a
worst
case
of
food
poisoning
for
my
husband
and
I.
Regrettably,
my
expectations
for
a
satisfying
meal
were
unmet,
resulting
in
a
waste
of
money.
