I would have given this place 5 stars 2-3 years ago, but my current rating is just 1 star. The decline in food quality and service is evident. We placed an order for pickup but kindly asked if we could change that to dine in since the order was placed not that long ago. The cashier went to ask the manager (or his supervisor, don't remember who he said he was going to ask) and according to the manager, the request was denied due to a vague "we can't because today is a special day" reason. We did not press further since it was evident they did not want to follow our request which usually would be fine but I thought it was unusual. All we asked is if we could eat the food we placed for pick up inside the restaurant but we could not. Usually this is understandable if the restaurant had a line or was packed with customers, but neither were the case. We sat down on a table to wait for our to go order since it still needed 10-15 minutes to be ready and while sitting we were greeted by two lovely servers(each at separate times) who tried to take our order. We told them each we were waiting for our pick up order that we already paid but the truth is that we were not allowed to dine in. It's baffling that we couldn't dine in when they weren't that busy. The chicken wings was disappointingly dry and possibly reheated, leading to a worst case of food poisoning for my husband and I. Regrettably, my expectations for a satisfying meal were unmet, resulting in a waste of money.

I’ve had better wings at the gas station. I waited for more than a half hour after ordering to receive room temp wings and additional cost items I didn’t order. Will not be returning. I would recommend the same to anyone.

Location not up to par, 1st time to this location and expected Bdubs to meet expectations! My wife and I ordered queso and chips, with cheese very watery. The wings and tater tots arrived at table with the tots overcooked. See photo attached server was nice and friendly, not the quickest to ensure we were happy with our meal. She did correct the tater tots concern.

Everyone too busy to serve their customer base.... I continued to ask for beverage timer When I did get the waitress I asked her could I purchase a libation , and she said whatever. So I have to wait until another bar bar host bar was in close proximity I requested again Another libation He quickly Returned back with my order. I have to wait unordinate amount of time Somebody to give me a receipt And they added additional things I did not order on onto my tablet I requested that Be made adjustment to my bill Is there snow possible way I alone can eat $300 worth of food. I've been here prior to Give me a prior to this I would have to say this is not the usual level of performance The garlic to the fact I change my vote to zero stars

OK this review is for third-party delivery. We ordered handcrafted tenders that didn’t come with the sauce on the side so it defeats the whole purpose. Boneless wings they were fine. We had fries they were cold. Order the chicken salad got the salad no dressing and no chicken , no everything seasoning I would never pay $18 for a basic salad with lettuce bacon and tomato. Never again. Don’t recommend.

Enjoyed myself here the wings were good but best of all our server was awesome! Her name was Ariel and she was the best!!! Its been awhile since I've had such great service when you go visit this place ask for her you will not be sorry! Thank you for being so great at what you do!

The food was good. Southern Fried Chixken Sandwich is yummy with the pickles and cole slaw. The hostess was very nice. The skeletons in her hair was a great touch for Halloween. Now, the server, Alexandria (name on receipt), provided the worst service. If she could stop saying "Love" to people, that would be fantastic. It was not packed. The fight was over, so I don't understand why she failed to have any "hustle in her bustle". Is serving one drink at a time a thing? Is not bringing napkins until a patron is almost done eating a thing? I watched her serve several tables before she came back to check on our table (only once) and I had to request napkins again as well as the check. I was two bites away from being done with my meal. We were done with the meal by the time she came back and we didn't see her again. Going to the cashier is the only way we could get her to cash us out. I will not go back to this location. Worse service I have ever had anywhere.

I am constantly getting dry or overly crispy chicken. Even after I requested fresh chicken or lightly cooked chicken. Not sure whats going on
