This place is terrible. The workers have so much attitude, they served two people who came after us and this is how they left my nails. They peeled my fingers as well! I'm getting these fixed at another place.

I have been going to this salon for 7-8 years with my daughter. They have always been awesome. Yes, you do have to pay before you get your service done. This is in a bad part of town and there were a lot of instances of people running out without paying in the beginning. They learned the hard way to get the money upfront. So now you have to pay first. Everyone does. If you are dissatisfied after bring it up and they will do their best to correct it. If you like very detailed nails, the best thing you can do is bring a picture of what you want. There is a bit of a language barrier and I have seen many people angry and rude to the techs because the communication isn't working. They have always done a great job on my nails and feet and eyebrows. Highly recommend. They also have a lot of options for colors/ gel/ effect nails.

I called to see about getting a pedicure. I asked if they had any openings for a pedicure, and the person asked when I'd like to come in. I replied, your next available opening. As I as literally down the street from them. The person hung up on me. I didn't even bother calling back. If you don't wanna make money, just say that ma'am...lol.

I love this place they are so great and no matter who does your nails or your pedicure they are always on point
