My appointment was at 3:30. I got to the office at 3:15. I waited until 4:20 to get called to check my weight and blood pressure. The nurse left and I stayed waiting for the doctor until 5:20. The doctor asked me what I was there for, which I explained my reasons. He was there for less than 3 minutes and then I was left again. (He didn’t even introduce himself) The nurse came at 5:40 to give me my lab work paper & walk me out. I was here for almost 3 hours and I felt neglected and the doctor didn’t provide me the referral that I needed for a specialist because my symptoms weren’t severe enough. Waste of my time and money. I do not recommend this place at all. Edit to add: they provide you a coupon for a vitamin shot if you write a positive review. Makes me feel like the positive reviewers of this office are now fake.

If I had the option to give 0 stars i would, I got to the clinic at 9am, I got called at 10am to check my weight and blood pressure. I waited inside 20 mins to see the doctor. The doctor saw me only for 5 mins, and the nurse came after 15 mins, to take me to the lab for blood work and H.pylori test, B12 and hormons The workers/nurses were all confused about what they should do first if the blood test or Breath.Pylory test.....all 3 of them were asking each other what test should be done first., I was scared because I don't like them to practice with my health....finally the nurse starts with h.pylori test first and gave me something to drink, so I was not fasting anymore for blood test , OMG!!!! The nurse doing my bloodwork was shaking, I realize she was new on this. Also they forgot my hormons and B12 test and gave me a new appointment.....doesnt make sense!!!!! .....they forgot to give me a referral for colonscopy, I had to ask for it at the front desk... finally I was out after 3 hrs......I don't recommend this clinic, the worst expirence ever, never have i been treated like this and felt so uncomfortable In a clinic but it's up to you if come here..

Wow! We moved here from out of state and my wife no longer has insurance. I drove by this clinic and decided to make an appointment for her. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff must get very tired. They need to know the value of their service to the community. They are outstanding and we appreciate them so much!

Went in for a IV, from the front office staff being welcoming, I had Priscilla do my IV today and she was so steady handed and did my b12 shot quick and painless. I really loved how often they checked up and asked if I was okay, blankets provided and all. Had a sick day get better. Thank you!

If I could give it 0 I would give it lack of professionalism unpunctuality lack of respect for coordination it is incredible how they make mistakes and I tell you if you don't like the service then go somewhere else wow, I called days ago for an appointment they made it for me at 8:30 and on Saturdays because I can on Saturdays and I ordered at the Decatur location, well, how was the appointment, I went to the location and they open until 9, I waited until 9 and no one arrived, they opened until 9:10am and I still went in and he told me The owner said that they don't make an appointment, that they will take a while and that if I want to go somewhere else, he answered me because I had my time allotted and that was his answer. I called where the appointment was, Lake Mead Location, and the girl told me that the owner is Miguel and is in the decatur after he himself told me that they were different owners, the experience was very unpleasant.

The girls at the front desk are very nice they'll help you if you have any questions or concerns, Esmeralda is very polite she's an excellent M.A and treats her patients really good 😊 I recommend this clinic 💯% I've been coming here 3 years now.

I have been a patient here for two years seeing Dr. De Guzman, and I highly recommend it. The staff is professional and friendly, today my triaging was done very thoroughly by Moises MA. This clinic offers excellent prices for cash pay patients!

Moises was really attentive and would explain everything really good, I have been coming here for a while now and the Dr is really caring and listens to your concerns.

Please do not go to this clinic. I started with a cough with phlegm in April 2021 and I was going to the doctor from Guzmán in this clinic for a year. I went with her and I only wasted my money and it damaged my health for a year. She only brought me with syrup and nothing helped me. I gave myself steroids 3 times and nothing helped me. I still had cough and phlegm and I couldn't even breathe. Then he told me if it was COVID and I had tests done and nothing happened. It was after having me for a year with pure guesses that medicine gave me he told me that he gave me bronchitis and because he didn't give me any medicine I got pneumonia but he didn't give me any medicine for pneumonia after a year I changed clinics at the beginning of 2022 and the doctors then gave me a medicine that helped me so much took away everything that Guzmán's doctor could not do for a year and the new clinic sent me to a pulmonologist and told me that due to Dr. Guzmán's negligence my lungs were damaged for life and now I am struggling because any cold or flu can give me pneumonia…. Thanks to Dr. Guzmán, my lungs were damaged. Please do not ever go to this clinic.
