Took my antique wedding ring her to be repaired. They said the jeweler could repair & reinforce the sides to help strengthen the band. When I picked up the ring the jeweler had added a typical plate under the band & then filled in the sides of the ring. Didn’t even fill in completely. Work was uneven, dimpled, had bumps & small holes. Jeweler did horrible work. Jeweler then told me it would be more money to take apart & fix his own terrible work. They made no attempt to help me when I walked out of the store crying. I don’t trust them to touch my ring now that they have completely ruined it. This was my wedding ring & I only hope I can find a professional jeweler to salvage their shoddy work.

I had a very pleasant experience here today! I walk by often and decided to pop in to have my wedding ring cleaned. They offered assistance immediately and also noticed the setting was loose, so they fixed that as well. I was helped with some other items and the staff a was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had some beautiful items on display but you can also sift through a catalog of jewelry to order. I will be back to pick up my order in a few weeks :-)

A+ repair! I took my soon to be wife's antique wedding ring here to replace a lost stone. This silver ring was over 200 years old, and was missing one of the five foil backed garnets. The ring had no material value, but it's age and the fact that this is what I proposed to her with made it very special to us. I made it clear that I didn't want the ring cleaned up or made to look new, and that I simply wanted a replacement foil backed garnet. John Fish Jewelers assured me that they could handle the job, and roughly 10 days later called to say the stone was replaced and it was ready for pickup. The work required a lapidary to custom cut a garnet from a similar color sample, apply the foil backing, and then re-set the new stone in the ring. As promised, the ring looks amazing, and we can't even tell which of the 5 garnets was the replacement. We're so happy with the repair! We even bought a fun and unique piece of estate jewelry from their display case while we were there. We will definitely be back!

I had them do cleaning of my jewelry while there, and they even fixed my necklace while I waited. Their prices on their jewelry is very good and very fair. I attended the school and I am so glad I did. I learned how to make Jewelry, repair, set stones, and create my own pieces. The instructor is awesome and John is a great person to work with. I suggest anyone interested in it should take the opportunity to learn. I am a US Veteran and the school accepts our benefits. This is my family's go-to jeweler! I set up an appointment and when we got there, they said it would take an hour but they we're very quick and took only like 40 mins. I went to Fish jewelers with my mother at Christmas time to get a ring reset. They custom made her dream ring! Then my boyfriend and I were getting serious so we went back to fish jewelers and found a ring 💍 that I have never seen anywhere. They can get anything. Absolutely incredible. Came in to get an engagement ring for my fiancee. We brought in some family heirloom diamonds and they helped us create a custom piece.
