I have been a Kay shopper for over 10 years and love their selection compared to anyone else. I specifically went HERE from out of town to buy a new necklace. As soon as I walked in the manager standing in the middle of the display said nothing! I guess assuming I had no money?? The other sales associate was casually talking to a group of people who were not buying anything. She said nothing to me also. Taking up space for me to shop, I may add. I waited in there for 10min. When the big manager walked around the display and sat down, I left and went to Zales ON PURPOSE!! and bought a beautiful $300 charmed necklace, thanks Zales, I will be back. As soon as I walked in Zales I was greeted which made me willing to pay whatever, just off good service. Being kind helps.

Loved that they quickly attended to me from the moment that I stepped in. I was grateful that they didn't make me feel rushed as most places do they actually asked what I was looking for in particular showed me where they were located at and left me alone to View at my own pace. When I did ask in regards to pricing, the lady bei who assisted me was very knowledgeable in regards to the gemstones the size the cuts the links as well as letting you know the original pricing on the discount price that you'll be getting. Because of this I will be returning back to purchase more items and recommending others as well

This is the best Kay's in town! Their staff and customer service are awesome. They are very informative and really listen to what you want and need! I never leave the store unsatisfied! Definitely recommend this store!! If I could 10 stars!!

Buyer beware: I purchased a ring (which is beautiful that I love) and was told by the sales rep the lifetime warranty was included FOR FREE. It is not free, it costs $65. The diamond warranty is free, the extended warranty is not. I was never given an option. They further discounted the ring past the amount they offered me to cover up the cost of the warranty. I’m guessing the sales reps get separate commission on the warranty sales as generally those are managed by a 3rd party vendor. They discount the sale and include the warranty “for free”. This is the first piece of nice jewelry I’ve ever bought myself and it’s so disappointing that I was taken advantage of. It put a damper on what was a really exciting experience. Their customer service team “apologized” for the inconvenience. I don’t care about the money, it’s the principle.

I've been a member/fan of Kay's Jeweler's since 2009 and practically all my jewelry was purchased here. I visited this Kay's at the North Premium Outlet Mall and was assisted by Ping while trying to find a replacement screw back for one of my diamond earrings (by chance I got the last one). Due to the excellent customer service and Ping's willingness to help me, I visited back the very next day. I've been holding on to some pieces of jewelry that I needed to have fixed and since they were so awesome I decided to see how much it would cost. Michael was absolutely a gem and definitely knows the business. He was helpful, informative and very friendly. I would highly recommend shopping with these 2 if you're ever in Vegas near downtown 😉.

All I can say is i had an amazing experience wth Ying and Ken they made my fiancé so happy she was crying in joy in the ring we found.
