This VA hospital ranks number 3 on list of VA Hospitals nationwide for excellence. It is the BEST I've ever been to for treatment. My doctor listens to what I say, wait times are reasonable. Their equipment is top of the line. Their grounds inside and out are spotless. There is NO smoking anywhere on the property which means they are concerned about your health. The employees I've met so far are respectful. I've been going there for over 11 years.

Not busy and only had to wait a lil over 4 hours to get treatment. There is no more dental, Physician, PA or Patient Advocate. In order to get medical care you have go to the ER.

Worst VA in country by FAR!!!! VA leadership should be fired immediately for turning down Veterans. Moved to North Las Vegas over two months ago and these clowns won't get me a primary doctor or appointment for medication and health concerns.

I really can't understand why they treat us like this. I'm missing body parts due to the war and the VA could care less.

Great hospital; friendly staff, plenty of parking, clean restrooms, lots of amenities and SHORT wait time (majority of the time). Awesome knowledgeable doctors such as Dr. Galik: best Neurology Doctor I ever had. Only negative thing I can say is due to the covid...the kiosk doesn't allow you to check in early as before.

I lost my glasses yesterday so i called the eye clinic at the hospital. The man i talked to was so rude to me when i tryed to ask question. If must not have been a veteran cause no veteran would talk to another veteran the way he talked me. The va hospital in las vegas in general is the worst place to go if you if you need help. I will go with glasses before i go there. Use this place at your own risk. You have been warned

The Best metal health facilities, The best ER procedures. I've had 2 surgeries and multiple specialty visits over the past 5 years. I can't say enough great things about the way I have been treated at the main VA hospital

I have been treated by the most wonderful professional staff. My doctors and Nurse practitioner are the best. My care was excellent. I am a retired Nurse and I have to say thank God for the VA. I can't say the same with the civilian hospitals. Thank you to all for the great treatment and service. My thanks to the volunteers and all those who work there too that also make my day at the hospital a good one.

Went to see the location. Just moved here from CA. Quite an impressive place. Got answers from three helpful ladies at entrance. All good.

Do not believe a single good review. This is a criminal organization. Whoโ€™s only purpose is abusing Americans veterans. They will delay deny and let us die. Hang up the phone even though you have had knee surgery ordered since march of 2022. By law they have 28 days for care like that.

Great experience so far in relation to specialty resources, attentiveness, and overall care.Beyond that, the facility is top-notch and modern. My experiences have dealt with audiology, radiology/MRI, neurology, vascular, & optometry. All very thorough with excellent physician communication & follow up. I have not experienced surgical or acute care at this facility. Getting timely appointments is not difficult particularly if you are flexibleโ€ฆsometimes same day or next day with cancellations if you call the specific unit in the AM. I also have excellent private insurance through my employer, but have found that civilian healthcare in LV/Henderson is difficult to schedule & spotty at best often lacking in quality. Iโ€™m used to CA & WA healthcare so that is my comparison. If I needed mid-level or below healthcare, I have complete confidence in this facility. Anything acute or oncology-related, Iโ€™m heading to SoCal to a premier provider or, alternatively, if travel or time is not feasible, this place. In comparison, the LV civilian healthcare system is not an option in those (and many) cases based on multiple negative family experiences. VA may be the best acute and/or specialty healthcare provider in NV. Itโ€™s unfortunate itโ€™s not available to all. Qualifying veterans are lucky to have this oasis medical centee in a region/state known for poor civilian healthcare.

I f I could I'd give them 0 stars. 45-50 wait for Pharmecy, I've been waiting over a year for a knee replacement. The list goes on and on.

For those who put a 4 or 5 rating, I am respecting that so please respect mine due to my experience I've gone through with them and it is first time they did this to me. I've gone under them for my care since 2012 till one early evening over a little mishap to where it became all blown out of proportion was done excessively to where it will impact my care that I served to retirement deserving of my full care. Do you think they will really do this to you? They have done this to other veterans I found out, only behind closed doors that not many people know about till people start to give a voice because of their wrongdoing.

Dr. Rodriguez is the best doctor I've ever dealt with. The entire staff if this hospital is amazing. They truly enjoy their job. If I was to find anything that needs work I would say the social work staff put a little more effort into helping vetrans instead of just giving a printout of phone numbers.

Trying to schedule an appointment with a skin cancer dr. and you folks can't do that. I called 3 different days in a row trying to get this done and yal can't get it done. I rather just wait for this to get worse like I have already been.

It was a little noisy with insane people screaming, and I had to wait a long time for service. However, the free wifi kept me busy!

The doctors in the ER are garbage (and some in the inpatient wards also). They order unnecessary radiology exams which may lead to cancer in the future. The worst offenders are calinescu and nagamine. I'm thinking there must be some type of alternate motive for them to do this, probably financial.

Huge hospital with friendly staff. Can get very busy with almost no parking even though the parking lots are huge. Very convenient location right off the 215.
