The doctor that I saw tried very hard to bully me into having a procedure done that I was very unsure about, *refused* to answer my questions about the procedure (instead going off on some other subject at length) and the entire time he was in the exam room with me tugged at his.. male appendage through his pants every 5-10 seconds.

If I didn’t move and switch offices I would have never know I was anemic. WHASN never calls if you have labs come back stating that you have issues, I was anemic all the way up to my seven months into pregnancy and wasn’t told until I started at my new place not to mention trying to get my medical records sent over to my new place took ten calls and a full month! Had them mail me copies of my medical records as well and I never received all of it just multiple copies of the same thing, missing important records still. Would not recommend this place.

I was seen in Dec of 2020. The provider ordered a level of testing that my insurance deemed neither helpful nor medically necessary, even with additional review. I have called the main office multiple times asking to speak with someone in charge and have a provider review the records to see if the wrong tests were ordered. Meanwhile, I have a lab bill of over $900 for a test that was supposed to be a simple vaginal swab. If anyone at this office wants to reach out to me to resolve this, I would appreciate it.

I'm not sure what it is but after the doctor I saw once before the others before she left... this place has gone down hill. Not only rude in person but rude over the phone. Makes this place kind of a pain to go to, so I'm switching obgyn's. If I'm not being rude to you, you shouldn't be giving me all the attitude in the world.

I've been going here for several years and it's always a hassle - Dr. Kelly not available at Aliante location so must travel far, won't fill my needed prescription that been using for more than 2 years... even in an emergency. Very unhelpful staff not understanding my delimma. Would do NOTHING to help. I will be choosing another doctor. Think twice before making an appt. There is a reason they are rated so low. Should of changed docs a long time ago. Beware.

It was my first ever visit to an obgyn. Obviously I was already a little nervous but they were super mean and not welcoming at all so now I'm petrified!! The front desk girls seemed nice but once they sent me back, the staff were rude women who speak to you in a condescending tone and get annoyed if you ask any questions. I went there trying to get help for my body and instead FEEL PERSONALLY ATTACKED BY FELLOW WOMEN. Not exaggerating, they talked to me the way a grumpy teacher talks to the troublemaker kid in class. I'm out here just trying to get help, why do they have to be rude?

The staff is really unprofessional instead off calling me to the desk they yell my personal things out I will let my doctor that sent me to this office the team is very unprofessional. The staff here all they do is sit around and talk and be rude. I see why it's not alot of people here. I should have read the reviews next time I will before I get sent somewhere that doesn't care about patients. Then after I get in the room the doctor nurse come in because the other nurse couldn't help very sad.

I was so pleased with my appointment today. The staff was so efficient and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner, Kristin Davidson who did my exam was wonderful. She listened and spent time with me answering questions and explaining things. I didn't feel rushed as I have in the past with other doctors appointments. I can tell that Kristin and the staff truly care about their patients.

So I never had a doctor that really listened to me and cared about what i had to say. I am truly thankful and grateful for Dr. Mary E. She really took her time and explained everything to me, she had little visuals for me. I was so scared about getting my pap done and she just made sure I was comfortable. I just wished we had more Doctors like her in this world ❤️. The front desk girls were friendly. I was called in right away after i was finished with my paper work. Even the girl that took my blood samples was so friendly. Im just glad I had a good experience and was able to feel welcome and warm. Best experience at a doctor’s office. Definitely deserves 10 starts ⭐️

It's good now. now that the covid protocol is over. it use to be so horrible because they won't let you in as a husband before. service was good. The Dr missed our baby's delivery and had a NP instead her trainee midwife. Overall experience is good.

I've seen Charlene for 6 years and 3 babies. She's great, 5 stars for her. However, dealing with the office is a freaking nightmare now which makes the whole experience 2 stars. Try calling on a Monday, you won't get an answer. Their new phone system is a disaster. I pressed the extension for appointments, it says I am the 4th caller in the queue, then 3, then 2, then it pushes me to the voicemail. I leave a message and it gets ignored. I call several times again, just to be told I'm the 3rd caller in the queue. I get down to the 1st caller in the queue, great. A minute later it puts me through to their voicemail again! It's impossible to talk to a real person! So frustrating! I've never had this issue in the last 6 years, so this is new. It's a shame that it sucks now. Fix your phone system, and I'll change my review.

Charlene is the best . She delivered and helped me along this last pregnancy and now we have another on the way . I don’t deal with rude people I’m always treated very nicely .

Dr. Joseph Watson and the staff are an awesome team! Very professional from the first prenatal appointment up to post partum. He delivered my baby and also saved my life. Forever grateful for a great doctor.

I started coming to this office when I found out I was Pregnant 6 months ago. The office staff at this location is always the sweetest people I have ever met inside a medical office. EVERYONE! from the front office to the phlebotomist, ultrasound tech, medical assistants, everyone has treated me so kind and they have always been welcoming. They return phone calls if I ever need to leave a message. I am so thankful to have found this office. Love my midwife Charlene by the way! Its like catching up with a friend who checks on you and baby and helps with any concerns or advice on myself and baby, she is very kind and wonderful. I am so happy to be a patient here.

I really love this location, Dr. Paul, Holly, Chris and everyone at Whas is Great. I go here to see Dr. Paul and Holly for my OBGYN appts. Chris is now my primary care doctor and he is has been fantastic and very helpful. He listens to any of my concerns. I have been in Vegas for 6yrs and could never find a good primary until now.

The Staff here barely do their job, frequently given wrong information, walk in takes the exact time it would if you had an appointment.

Mary is great - the best health care provider I have ever seen. She takes the time to answer any and all questions in depth and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed. The office staff is also always helpful and kind.

The worst place, always takes more than hour to get taken to the room & then another another to be seen for 5 mins 😒😒😒😒😒

Dr. Julia Sung really made me feel comfortable and gave me very thorough advice. She made my visit extremely quick with such a smooth process.

Dr. Watson is the best! He delivered my last 2 and my triplets recently and has done 3 surgeries on me. I followed him from his last practice and will not see anyone else. Sometimes the wait is a little long and sometimes you get right in. But I believe he is worth the wait. Sometimes Dr's run behind, it happens! When it's your turn they will spend the same amount of time with you. The office staff if nice and very helpful. Anytime someone is looking for a good Dr. I always recommend Dr Watson. Great besides manner, and super knowledgeable.
