    this is what you're paying for when you order medium fries from here now. their costumer service used to be decent. who they have at the drive through window tonight around 6 p serving food orders is a total negative. tonight was a bad experience and it will def keep me from coming to this location for a long time so that way I won't have to overpay for food and put up with bad service from a rude, incompetent person at the window on top of it. who's in charge of hiring? the only polite person there tonight was the guy who took our order

    ***BEWARE RAW UNCOOKED CHICKEN SANDWICHES *** Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & it was uncooked! Salmonella poisoning waiting to happen. I’m so disgusted, how can you serve food like this and not care? I Order thru the drive thru on 7/28 & they also gave me the wrong drink. Ridiculous

    Conviently located, staff was nice. The bathrooms are clean. The order came right on time, they also offer a drive thru. The restaurant was clean and they have a lot od spaces for you to sit. This location is not a big one but it does have plenty of parking spaces. They also offer free wifi.

    They have digital boards, so you can change between breakfast and lunch menus but they, conveniently leave up deals after the time of day in which they expire. Scam ends at 11 - deal board remains up tho.

    Good help is limited but it's worst when you have a Cashier who works behind the counter who's english is limited but then she answers you with what! The staff left two customers standing there, a Supervisor had to Intervene

    Please, please double-check your orders before they go out. I am constantly receiving the wrong items, especially on entrees like burgers. Not just substitutions either (though those are screwed up too!), a whole patty will be missing or it'll be the wrong sandwich. I'll order ahead on the app, tell it I'm already there (before I even leave the house) so that the kitchen has plenty of time, and half the time I'm asked to park and wait for them to finish. It's not about how long it takes, I don't care, but if you're taking extra time and screwing up my order then what's going on and what are you doing? Please get it together, take the time you need to get it right.

    If you guys want hot fries. They dont do it for you. I told them my fries are cold the supervisor tells me that once they are under the hot lamp thats it” She takes the fries I said are cold and then hands me more cold fries. All the fries are sitting in the lamp already getting stale. Good luck

    Every time I go to McDonald's they truly don't listen when ordering food just rush you off the drive thru and when you get your order your missing it or it's all messed up not once but every time with me . I asked for cheese burgers for lettuce and tomato which I got little lettuce and a whole whopping mayo which I took one bite I trough it and I called and one answered so then I emailed McDonald's got no response either . I rather travel to another McDonald's and know my orders will be right all the time cause I have been doing it now.

    I usually don't have a problem with this McDonald's. Most of the time the food comes out hot and most of the time they don't mess up the order. I have going here for about 7 or 8 years now. But this time I went I didn't like what the bun looked like. I don't know what happened to it.

    The night crew person Terry is always very helpful everytime I come into the drive thru he is always respectful fast and efficient when it comes to my orders even when I have a problem he understands how to deal with it better than managers you guys should definitely think about making him a manager his service is why I keep coming back

    not only is there something wrong or missing in every order from this location, but the staff is rude and careless. I don’t intend on returning to this location, and believe that there needs to be some serious reform at the McDonald’s on sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst. I hate all of you. This is the worst food establishment on the island

    Food cold and I didn’t get my whole mobile order I ordered 20 nuggets and only got 6 , I ordered a Sandwhich and didn’t get it atall , I ordered mayo and ranch but didn’t get that. So I wasted gas just to come back for the rest of it and they seemed annoyed at ME for trying to get what I literally spent my money on instead of just checking the receipt before giving the order out.

    Manager at this location is extremely rude! Got our order wrong at the drive though (her only concern was getting us to the window as fast as possible). After literally every meal “is that it?”. Refused to let the woman at the window read back our order when we asked. The other employee apologized for her managers behavior! Absolutely ridiculous find a new manager.

    Could not understand the guy who took the order maybe my fault ebonics. Then I get to the woman who takes my money does have the order and blames me.the I look at the receipt and it does not have two cokes but a sprite and a coke maybe it's because I don't speak Spanish but English. Then I get to the window for my order now mind two orders of fries and I get two packets of ketchup after spending 18.40 great remind me never to go back even starving.

    Service was fast and the staff friendly. My experience in the past with late night drive thru service, is that the staff don’t care about proving good customer service. This location’s customer service was great.

    Was fresh food McDonald's. Nice having 24 hours. Only negitive is person taking the order does not give you the food. Just like every McDonald's I order a combo meal double cheeseburger with o ly hamburgers no cheese just onions nothing else. 2 out if 5 I get a cheeseburger. Better than others.

    Ok so I have to commend this manager MATT at this location. He HAS ALWAYS BEEN SO ACCOMMODATING and is an absolute sweetheart!!! Also, the woman, im so sorry i didnt get her name, cracked me up which was a laugh that was well needed. So funny! Ty you both for being just amazing people that actually care🥰🥰🥰! If you go to McDonald's, GO TO THE ONE ON SUNRISE IN LINDENHURST!!!Much love to Matt and the funny woman!

    Got the chicken sandwich. In the past it was a nice piece of chicken ,this time it was a flat piece of chicken and it took up half the roll. It should have been in dollar menu but the meal was almost 10.00 and fries cold And dry. Never get that again!

    They used to be one of the best local Mickey d's around but now they are slacking. More than one occasion I've had to make them redo my order or go back through the drive through or inside to fix my order or give me the missing items. Last visit they were completely overwhelmed and unorganized, a few people passed through without paying at the first window because nobody was there which threw them off as far as which orders were up next.

    Great McDonald's... only issue is that they can get very very busy and can have long waits especially in the drive thru... my suggestion is to go inside, they are always faster.

    This McDonald’s location is conveniently located on sunrise. I had been there a few times, for a few different experiences so I will try to compare my recent visit to other ones. 1) The drive thru lane is poorly place, in my opinion, because it is often hard for you to enter the parking lot from Sunrise Hwy if the lane is busy. If you are park on the space facing Sunrise during busy hours, then forget about it. My last experience was ok though because it wasn’t too busy. 2) I do Uber; I went inside the building to pick up an order once and the experience was less than stellar. Waited there for nearly half an hour; the place was so backed up that they could not serve people who came in for any type of pick up promptly. You had to stay there for sometimes especially if you came after your order was ready (but after your name was called), believe it or not. The main frustrating bit was that the food was ready and placed on the other side, on the counter parallel to the pick up counter but the 3 pm rush was so bad that they did care enough to get to me, waiting. I digress because the recent experience via curbside was great. 3) They do give take-out people unrequested condiments and napkins (which I liked) based on last experience but the straw was missing for my drink and food temperature was not impressive. Previous experiences were kinda similar but some of the extra items that I got or did not get were reversed and products deliverability also varied.

    Waited like 20 minutes on drive through line. Cars ahead of me waiting at pickup window over 5 minutes by this point. Finally got my order. Fries were raw and cold!! Ice tea was watered down. I usually love McDonald's but not tonight!

    Tonight I ordered two cheeseburgers and one of them had green tint to the cheese slice. Made me loose my appetite, especially since I had already ate half the burger before noticing Usually never have an issue here, tonight I am disappointed.

    If I could give 0 I would. Ordered 2 different sauces and received this note in the bag with my food. They’re lucky I don’t want to catch a case or I’d go down there and pound their greasy faces in.
