Best PIZZA every time! Tonight we also enjoyed Rigatoni Bolognese and Baked Ziti. The dining area was pleasant. It's a great night out.

I have been a customer of Imperials for years. Sadly while the food is still outstanding the service is so bad we have decided to find another fave for weekly take out. The last 3 times we called in an order to pick up it was a nightmare getting the items we ordered. Whoever answers the phone at this restaurant(sounds like a young girl) is doing a terrible dis service to the eatery. The girl cannot 1 order correct three weeks in a row. It's so disappointing to drive over wait fir your food and then be told you did not order the dishes you requested. 3 weeks in a row. Goodbyethserbvice dothis service does Just gave imperial another chance. Unfortunately we arrived to discover once again items we ordered were never prepared. And although the restaurant gave a refund the continued experience of not receiving what we ordered has convinced us to never go here again. Mario’s is now our fave and they prepare everything you order as well as having outstanding food, sorry imperial you did not do better just the same old horrible service

Pizza had nice amount of cheese and Eggplant on the slice i had. As you can see from photo. Nice crunch to bottom of slice too. However, would have given a higher rating if they cleaned their oven. I say that because the the pizza had a slight flavor of old oil, which ruined the experience.

DEAR OWNER, PEOPLE KNOW WHEN THEY ARE BEEING SERVED OLD FOOD!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! I don't usually write reviews but was so upset by this I had to write one. I order a large pie 1/2 pepperoni. Thinking I was going to get a fresh pie, instead I resived an old pie that tasted like it had been sitting there all day. They threw some pepperoni on it and reheated it. It was terrible! The bottom was burnt. The pepperoni was cold just sitting on top of the pie not even sticking to the cheese on the pizza!!!

Best buffalo chicken pizza ever. Im immediately disappointed when I try a buffalo slice from other places. Their sauce is actually spicy and has big chunks of chicken.The only thing that would make this place better is if they sold their leftovers on TooGoodToGo but I wouldn't be surprised if they sold out daily.

This pizzeria is one of the cleaner ones in the area. Specialty slices are pretty good, but the regular slice is not. They need work on their sauce recipe and use better cheese. (Hint: Grande brand). Polite people though. Only thing is that everytime I am here (like every time!!!) they clean the tables next to you where you eat and spray the cleaning solution forcefully so that the chemicals land on your pizza while eating. Had to throw out my slice bc of the chemical taste from the cleaning solution. Please wait till the customer leaves to clean or just spray lightly.

Bathroom Air Freshener in the front dining area ruined for me. I thought the regular & white pizza was lacking flavor. Crust on the white pizza was too well done.

The marsala pizza has a special place in my heart. Probably not the best place but has been a tradition every time I visit family for years. Don't mess with tradition.

My husband's family has enjoyed Imperial Pizzeria for decades. My last visit for pick up was 20 years ago, wow this place looks fabulous! So nice and friendly, I should have been here more often. I'm from California and can say the food is so good and plentiful, I'll be eating leftovers with glee! Chicken entrees are delicious! Thank you 😋

They gave me an old chicken roll that looked like it has been on the counter all day after I asked multiple times for them to make me a fresh one. Guess my $50 order wasn’t important enough.

I would give this place a 4.5 out of 5. Pros are that the pizza is delicious, you can tell the ingredients are good quality & the service is welcoming / very attentive. Cons: very pricey the pizza is too expensive not even NYC has those prices.

First and last time here lol .. their pizza is ok … paid $24 for 2 regular cheese slices, a chicken roll and a drink .. if you’re gonna overcharge for a chicken roll at least make sure the chicken is edible and if it is edible there should be more than 2 cutlets in the roll... the chicken was rubber and not even white it was a greyish pink color .. when I told who looked like the owner that the chicken was old he said oh the chickens old and just handed my money back .. didn’t even look at it so I’m pretty sure he already knew it was old .. at least I got my money back

The Chicken Rollatine is my favorite option, although they have many great dishes at Imperials. The Italian wedding soup was perfect on a cold day.

The BEST Sicilian bacon chicken ranch I EVER had eaten. The best... bestttt crust... Great job guys I'm not a pizza lover and if I am giving you such a review that means you are Exceptional!!!!

They have the best regular slice around, always on point. Their other food and pizza is great as well. I love dining in the back on occasion with my husband, we love this place. The staff are all so nice and accommodating.

I dont live anywhere near here never heard of this place have no clue anything about it yet they have been repeatedly sending me texts since Monday I have replied stop multiple times yet still getting texts. 1. How the hell did they get my number when I dont even live within 100miles of this place. 2. What kind of place harasses someone over and over even after replying stop. 3. I wouldn't go there if I was you since they treat people who have never even been there like this imagine what a customer will go through.

I love their food and have been coming here for years but the staff is so rude. Some staff members are polite but there is a very nasty girl with attitude problems at the counter. One day I was short 10 cents and they made me go back to my car to get it. After all the times I’ve been in there. Just thought that it was rude and they should treat loyal customers better. I am now trying to find a new pizza place because of the nasty service. Imperial has lost me as a customer.

Have been going here for years. Food is always on point and there grandma pie is better than most if not all in Brooklyn. Coming from someone who lived there.

Better then Gino's of Lindenhurst. The pizza is actually fully cooked here & taste good .no issues, no attitude, no shyty pizza.

ordered a hero over the phone and they told me 20 minutes, i got there in 20 minutes and then had to wait another 30 minutes for my hero, customer of 20 + years and sadly i havent been back in over a year
