Good afternoon. I used your facilities today in North Little Rock. . I am hitting at least one PF in each state over the next month.  Planet Fitness has a quality product, so I hope these help to keep you improving. Date / Time: 20 Apr 2022, 3pm Overall: 4.3/5 Clean inside, nice facility, on smaller side. Customer Service: was front desk welcoming and offer greeting coming/going, if able? Were they helpful when asked? Was their attitude generally positive? 4/5 Cleanliness / neatness (windows, floors, equipment, bathrooms). 4.9/5...very clean facilities Paper towels / sprays / bathrooms stocked: 3.5/5...one was out, two almost. They got right on it when mentioned Equipment availability / maintenance / quality: 4.3/5. Plenty of everything, but again on smaller side. No stand alone pull up bar....should be standard. No soap in showers Recommendations: - Stand alone pull up bar -  Dumbbells from one pound to 10 -  Calf stretch board

PF staff are always incredibly friendly, and helpful! They’re always attentive to the cleanliness of the gym. In fact, I always see at least one staff member cleaning while I’m at the gym (and I go at different times of the day). The staff is intentional in learning “regulars” preferences, and will quickly check me into my preferred tanning bed (with correct time) without me having to request it! I have been incredibly impressed with the PF in NLR. I have visited other locations that have not been as clean or as inviting. It makes for a wonderful experience. 11/10!

I like the fact that they make u feel welcome and comfortable while ur working out. The fact that it's a clean place is a must for me. I really do feel like my money is being put to good use when it comes to working out.

I definitely got what I came there for. I really like that they have several cleaning stations to make sure everything stays clean during the times we have been having. They have many options, equipment for everything. Tanning booths, massage chairs, etc...

This is a decent spot if you need a day pass and a workout if you're out of town. However, if you're like me and prefer certain equipment this may not be your "forever gym". This location didn't have flat, incline, or decline benches. So you're forced to the smith machine or dumbells. Again, not the worst if you're in a pinch and need a day pass. It's also important to note this place doesn't have 24 hour capabilities. Which is another big factor for me not signing up. Outside of that, the one day process was simple and the staff was helpful. The facility was also very clean. Hope this helps.

Great, clean environment including the bathrooms and showers. Lots of workout equipment and no shortage of beautiful women (and buff guys I suppose). Update: Only change seems to be fewer beautiful women. Total sausage party at times. But that's ok. Are you there to work out or pick up chicks? Let's face it. We want to do both but the latter's never gonna happen. At least not to you. Me on the other hand... ;)

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always available to assist in answering questions. The gym is very well maintained, clean, and sanitized. The equipment is top of the line and the tanning beds always have fresh bulbs. Very pleased with the North Little Rock location.

Clean, lots of equipment and has a nice comfortable atmosphere. My friend Christi has a membership so I went with her while she tanned and I got in the Hydromassage chair....Amazing! I'm buying a membership. Not just for the chair lol they have really nice tanning beds plus seeing everyone working out is motivating!

I love it. It’s always clean and friendly. One thing though is I don’t like people leaving but not cleaning or wiping down where they were at. But it’s very nice. And this review comes from a 14 year old.

Went to this gym to cancel my membership because I barley go due too many weirdo there. So this dude was about to leave who didn't appear to have completed a workout or nothing. He stopped just stood there looking at me that was creepy. I went in the gym canceled my membership and waited for this dude to leave the parking lot.

I'm here pretty much every weekday, for 1 to 2 hours each day. I'm prior military, and though that was 24 years ago I think that I'm in the best shape physically of my adult life now. The staff is great, the place is always super clean, and anyone who wants to complain about it not being a "real gym" probably doesn't belong there in the first place. The Black Card amenities are nice, with the HydroMassage beds and massage chair, and tanning if you're into that. I have no complaints.

normally this planet fitness is well kept but today was disgusting. there was a group of people there that were rude and did not clean machines after them selves. every one of the machines that have the pad where your head rest was a greasy stinking mess. I had to clean up before and after as I always do but should not have to clean up the disgust of unclean and inconsiderate people not going by the rules. Where was the lunkhead alarm ? greasy nasty lunkheads even spitting on the floor. I can't believe the manager didn't say a word or ring the alarm. If this happens again I will have to find another gym.

This is the 11th or so PF I've visited. It's a good one. Everything is like new and clean regarding the bathrooms, workout areas and machines. It's hardly ever crowded and has plenty of cardio equipment. The free weights and stretching/functional areas are a tad cramped and lacking in free space.
